I have been using turbo tax for years. I am used to its easy to use format. The important thing is when I had a choice as to where to download the software on my computer, I chose Best Buy because as a TotalTech member. Best Buy will make sure it works.

First time using TurboTax and doing my own taxes instead of paying someone else to do them for me, I should have done this years ago. The software made it easy importing and filling in a lot of my data and left me feeling good about my tax returns.

Turbo tax is accurate and mostly user friendly. I have used their program for years. I will note that my tax situation is not complicated, and i am experienced at doing taxes.

I've been using TurboTax Premier for years. It really does a nice job of dealing with investments. It allows you to download your banking activity into the software so you don't have to enter records line by line.

I buy turbotax every single year. Although I haven't started my return, upon downloading the software it was 5 minutes to input data, import last year's return, and get it ready to go once all of my documentation arrives.

Have been using Turbo tax for many years. I like I can do my return plus all my kids with one purchase--plus all free federal filing. Always found it straight forward to use.

Reliable and as easy to use as expected. I’ve been using TurboTax for decades and it never fails to meet my needs, even though they have been more complex as I have grown older.

i'm having a hard time downloading it, and really annoying to have to find the code., Ill buy the hard copy next time

Great tax return for multiple property owners. I also want to say that you do have to pay $25 for state even tho it says some come with 1 state return but that is a lie.

I have used TurboTax for years. While I pay extra for legal coverage if audited, I have yet to need it. The online version was easy to download.

Using TurboTax was easy as always. I've used it for years without any problems. Our taxes are complex and it walks you right through each section.

Only used it once for a fairly simple return. It was great. We will see on the next return

Download was simple and easy to do. They program loaded to my computer and I was ready to go. Updates take a while, but that is to be expected.

Old reliable, I advise folks to install, then give a couple weeks to have all the updates install before doing your final submission.

It does what it id supposed to do and makes tax filing much easier

Always easy and clear. Not sure if it’s 100% accurate all of the time but I’ve never had a problem.
