I Recommend Turbo Tax

Will Not Import 1099 for you.

They have no customer service. They just send you to message boards where a bunch of people go to complain about the same issue and not get any help. I somehow managed to get a support email to them. They told me to call with a code: TTD 1099 Import so I could get a voucher for TT online (as opposed to desktop). I called the number, I gave the code, and she had no idea what was happening or how to help. The final answer was to wait or input the 485 pages manually.

Intuit eventually had to refund the amount I paid to best Best Buy. I could not get back the best buy reward that I used during the purchase. I would not recommend purchasing the digital product but rather purchase a physical disc.
