Excellent product. But still have to pay to file with federal and state

Have used TT every year since it came out! Would not use anything else

It is a very good program and Best Buy delivered it quickly.

Once the software is downloaded and updated it works pretty well, but getting to that point can be extremely frustrating. We have used this software at least 3 years in a row and it is a pain every year.

I understood from something I read online that the TurboTax Premier would work on my iPad. It did not. It wasn’t compatible. Make sure you have the program compatible for your system. I tried to return it, but discovered that their policy is that this is not returnable. I read the return policy ahead of time, but to me it was not clear. We live in a world where you pay for your honest very human mistakes.

I bought this because the description stated it could import up to 10,000 stock transactions. It also stated it could handle installment payments and other complex situations. However, I found the software to be less intuitive than the H&R Block software I used in the past. Plus, it could NOT import all of my stock transactions (I didn't have more than 10,000). They offer an online version which you don't pay for until you finalize. However, I got suckered into buying the desktop version because the import function is limited online. At the end of the day, I wasted $85 on a piece of software that I didn't even use to submit my final tax return. And there is no guarantee (in terms of finding it a good package).

Very unhappy with this product... In doing my taxes and find that Turbotax does not have form 8915-F. I will be getting a refund, as it is no use to me....

Unuseable. Can't log in, even after numerous password resets. Cant be new user, it recognises me as a previous user. H&R Taxcut is my new go to.

I've used TurboTax editions for the last 20 years between the physical and online editions. This is the most comprehensive of them all.

I filled out my return online thinking I enter the license code at the end, but they are entirely separate products. Leave it to "Turbo" tax to make me enter my return twice! Unbelievable! Will definitely be switching to H&R Block next year...
