The guide was very helpful except it did not offer a point to update alimony paid, it did offer a point to enter income alimony received. I really prefer the disk medium but my new HP notebook does not has a slot so we are being forced into the world of Windows 11 I guess;

I have used turbotax for many years and have always been satisfied with the product and support. I particularly appreciate turbotax's ability to download tax files from many different investment firms; this greatly simplifies the preparation process and ensures accuracy.

Had already filled out my taxes on mobile turbotax app and was able to get this on sale and transfer all my info over to the desktop version, taxes process sucks but turbotax does a great job of trying to keep it as seamless and simple as possible

I've been using TurboTax for many years. It is a very good software and has helped me tremendously with my taxes, and learning about tax rules and laws.

Such an easy product to use. 95% of people can do their own taxes but are just afraid. I buy this product because I help friends and family with their taxes every year

TurboTax makes doing my taxes easy. I have used it for many years with no problems. Although I haven’t received all my documents to complete my 2022 taxes, what I’ve seen so far looks like it will again be no problem.

I have used turbotax for years. Program is easy to use whether you let it take you through the whole return stepwise or choose to work it yourself. Have never been dissatisfied with the product or the support.

I've been using TurboTax Premier for the last 10 years for tax processing. It's always been easy to use and perfect for the tax returns I process. And Best Buy had a great price.

This is my second year to use TurboTax. Extremely very nice software takes you step by step through the process, will probably get it for next year as well.

Always easy to get taxes done with turbo tax. Downloading the software means I don't have to store the disk somewhere or throw it away eventually!

I had a tough time trying to get the download version of Turbotax from their Intuit web site. They kept sending me down the rabbit hole of their online tax prep site which just was not going to work for my complex return. the website would not recognize my account even though I have used Turbotax for more than 20 years. So, glad I could get it from Bestbuy. The purchase and download went smoothly. Not that I am a huge fan of turbotax but there doesn't seem to be an alternative.

Easy to use and like that it imports previous tax year. Had to make an amendment and that was just as easy using this software.

In my opinion, TurboTax is the best tax software available. I have tried others but none as as user friendly and easy to understand.
