Easier to use than the H&R Block alternative. It felt a little more spelled out for idiots like me. I’ve used the h&r version for the past few years and never utilized their outside services (and that was their biggest upswell). TurboTax just went smoother.

It is performing as expected. The download and installation were easy. For those whose taxes are not excessively complicated, TurboTax works well. The direct download of data from financial institutions and brokers feature is useful.
