It's not as user friendly as years before, if you opt out of efile, it stops the instruction for mailing the state portion.

Product is good. Been using it for years. Had issues with entering data and needed to call for help. Help could not solve my problem. Used “forms” to enter data instead of shortcuts provided. Better software needed.

I think it will be really good. I thought I was buying a hardcopy to be sent to me. But apparently I bought a digital. Which I never did before, so I hope it downloads OK.

I used to do my own taxes until the government made it so complicated. Turbo Tax is the way to go!

Terrible job. You can’t talk to a real person. When your return is complicated you need to explain it to a real person. They want your money above your return being successful. They abandoned me because it was impossible for them to respond to my return difficulties.

I was not aware that I was only buying the down loadable version. I wanted the actual CD. I haven't downloaded the file yet. I should be doing it soon. I do like Turbo Tax as a rule. As they say buyer be ware.

Hard to tell what to do and they will help for an additional charge. I did not like the format and was extremely difficult to download on a new computer.

Turbotax-- we have been using Turbotax, Premier, for several years and all has been good.

Product won’t work with my iMac. The wee small print on the package is very hard to read. My iMac which works well unfortunately can’t even get the minimum OS required to run the TurboTax download I purchased.

Download did not work. I rejected your charge. Went to Office Depot and got a CD. It worked. Taught me a lesson. phil brader

I purchased this with consideration of my "special" tax situations. I continued as normal as I have in the past with turbotax which made it easier. However towards the very end of the filing process it said I had to pay additional regardless of already purchasing this version. I do not understand how they continue to get away with this.

So, so EASY to use and it updates itself as the IRS issues final versions of the Forms. 5 copies is a plus.
