I bought TT at BB because I wanted it on a CD. New packaging is great and saves material and even substitutes paper for non-biodegradable plastic. Stay with your customers BB. I know all the snipping remarks about Turbo Tax; however, after 10 years of using it, I know all the kinks and tricks. It takes me 8hrs to do two returns. CPA would charge me upwards of $640. I like it and I got paid $80/hr. NOT TOO BAD!!!

Excellent Product. Interview makes filing your taxes very straightforward. Highly recommend this product for anyone who files their own taxes.

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years. In the early 2000's it was almost perfect. Then, every year, they "improve" it in ways that make it harder to use. For example, this year, I am puzzled by this new message, which I haven't seen past years. "How do you plan to submit your 1099-B to IRS" and "mailing instructions". As you can see, in the screenshots, it is a very simple (mock) transaction. Why mail it? Maybe because I submit a summary rather than an itemized list? I always submitted a summary, matching my 1099B exactly. TT offers no explanation. Last time I mailed something to IRS was back in the days of paper and pencil.

Always, simple to install and use. Transferring information from last year is very useful so you don’t have to worry about forgetting anything you may need to carry over. I’ve been using for 25 years.

I have used this product for decades. It is always great. No problem in downloading it and transferring my prior year's information to the new year.

Effective, comprehensive tax software with flexibility and capability for parsing prior tax document and financial statements (W-2, 1099, etc). Getting answers to questions on initial setup was a bit challenging (used BestBuy page, but would have liked a more proactive software support knowledge repository), but finally worked through it.

Competitive price, download easy worked out of the gate. Haven't worked with the application yet.

Bought a copy of TurboTax Premier for 2023 tax year. I have not received all the tax documents yet. I have had excellent results for the last seven years of filing going back to 2009. There would be no difference for this years in terms of ease of use: porting of prior year for filing, auto software updates, step by step walk thru. Overall very pleased with intuit turbo tax products

Asks you questions that makes it easier to understand than by reading the actual tax forms alone. Been using this software for many years and will continue to do so.

2023 Turbo Tax provides comprehensive federal and state coverage. Ease of use to enter personal and detailed worksheet and tax form information. Electronic filing capabilities speeds up the processing capabilities and time to complete the tax filing process.

When I wanted to get a TurboTax Premier, I want to great, Best Buy first. A good Employee took me to where TurboTax was available. The price on the day was the same or chose as Amazon. I then bought the TurboTax from great Beat Buy.

I have used TurboTax for over 25 years and would never consider using anything else. It is easy to use; it helps you find your mistakes, it provides a compact package of your filing and filing using the efile option is easy, trouble free and very efficient.

I've used Turbotax for over 10 years, My only complaint is there isn't any live support to answer questions about using the program. H&R Bloc takes it a step further with the ability to use AI.

Happy to buy it on sale, first time using it as always used a tax preparer. Easy to use...felt confident after completing the project even though I am an old, non-tech/computer guy who has very little knowledge of computers.

Easy install on Mac, but difficult at times to Edit entries, as complete screen is not readily visible.
