    Good and easy to use. Only problem was trying to download my IRA data. Tried many times but found out later that each time it added that amount to my previously loaded value. Fortunately, I caught this error before filing the taxes.

    I had trouble installing this product, made an appointment drove 40 miles to Best Buy to be told that they couldn’t help me and just to return the software. I went to the service desk to return the software and they told me that you cannot return software. Ultimately, I got the product to work by calling Turbotax, but I’m very unsatisfied with Best Buy‘s customer service.

    Turbotax has managed to make what was a little difficult into a major work. While it worked, it was painful and more time consuming than ever. I have written Intuit to complain, and will probably have an accountant prepare my taxes next year.

    Excellent tax software! I used to pay an accountant more than $2,000 dollars annually to do my taxes since we have rental properties and had some foreign income prior. Not anymore as this software handles all my needs and less than $100!
