Simple easy great customer service

Easy to use great explanations. Ran into a little issue. Customer service was exceptional. Quick and easy fix since I never had that issue before.

Turbo Tax is Great...Buy it From Best Buy

Tax Prep Gold

Quite disappointed this year.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I use TurboTax every year to file my taxes and I used the Deluxe version just fine to file mine and my husband’s taxes but I have to purchase the Premier version for my mother’s taxes because they are a little more complicated. I have done this 2 years in a row with no problem, but this year I could get the premier version to download at all, I tried 2 different laptops to no avail! I finally gave up and took her tax information to an accountant.

Now to purchase app must participate in Escape Room find and interpret the clue to solve the download. ANNOYED!!!! I've been a customer for the last 12years and sadly this may be my last
