Good product. Have been using this software for many years.

This years turbo tax is pretty good. But they got rid of the section that tell you the possibly of being audited. Now you have to pay 70 dollars for it.

The online process was easy. I was immediately sent all info necessary to download this program. I felt comfortable buying a download this way as it was backed by Best Buy guarantee.

buying the download from best Buy means no hassles in getting the product loaded and running. Good price too, I like that.

I’ve used TurboTax for years and it’s been pretty reliable. It does have some glitches occasionally and has to be restarted to clear them, and this year’s edition of 2025 Premier Desktop has some tax instructions that are plain wrong.

Another year, a new TurboTax. It seems like TT is trying to force users to Web interface. If that happens I will look elsewhere.

Reasonably easy to use software that gets very detailed. Could be a little tricky initially for a first time user. Only wish that it could handle a 8689 Form for the US Virgin Islands.

Over all this is a great product, have used this vendor for years, however ... it can be glitchy about anything not vanilla in the taxes, and, the state version, at least for Michigan, cannot handle a simple thing such as royalties for a gas well that we have, it craps out and requires snail mail submission.

Every Year Turbo Tax program works great to process my taxes

The item can help you with most of your tax issues but one big negative is "It's Deductible" is no longer available. If you need this you may have to look elsewhere in the future.
