After playing about 15 games I was placed against PC players on a mobile game and quickly lost interest.

Terrible Product

I tried to reach out to Turtle Beach’s tech suport and it felt like I was talking to an AI who eventually told me to return it and buy a new one. I returned it and bought a backbone which is 1,000% better.

Wast of money!

Reached out to Turtle Beach and there is no fix in the works and no firmware updates are planned. I will be returning it tomorrow. Go on there reddit there are many issues with this.

Although our Support Team may have stated that there are no planned firmware updates or a specific set of directions for you to follow that will alleviate what you're experiencing, they would be more than happy to assist with a warranty replacement as long as you're still covered under our one year warranty, which you should be seeing as you're still eligible for a return to BestBuy.
We do NOT expect the Atom Controllers to perform as you described.
Please reply back to the email from your dedicated Support Team with the outcome of the troubleshooting so they are able to move forward with your case.

Doesn't...quite...fit
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is plenty serviceable as a game controller. Buttons and joysticks are responsive and comfortable. It syncs up quickly with the phone and there is zero lag to the game response. It's annoying but understandable that you have to turn on each half separately, but they conveniently slot together when not in use both to save space and facilitate charging. When they're joined up, they make an electrical connection so you can charge both halves with one plug. It charged fairly quickly and I had no issue with running out of power. So as long as you have the right size phone, this makes a great gaming accessory. On the other hand, if you have an iPhone 14 pro in an Apple silicon case, it's not going to fit so well. If you wedge the phone into the clip on the left side, you can make it work, but it won't feel quite secure, just a teeny bit off. It's mostly the camera lens bump that creates the problem. If it wasn't for that additional thickness, it would work fine. Ironically, it comes with two different sized sets of pads, so if your phone is too *thin*, you can make it fit better. I obviously did not try or need to use those. So I made it work, and it functions great, it just doesn't fit quite right.

We are sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your Turtle Beach Atom Controller for iOS, however, the controller is advertised as compatible with iPhone 15, 14, 13, 12 & 11 models, we would not expect is to work properly with an iPhone 6s.
