First off the cored is too short if you need to reach anything keep ur controller in ur hand! the sound on it is pretty good for a 80 dollar set though but be warned that it stops working in the middle of talking and then you'll get messages saying you're not talking after a while.

I bought 2 of these for Christmas one for me and one for my son. His worked perfect like it should. Seems like an awesome headset. On the other hand the other headset does not pick up party chat for xbox one. I thought it was just me but i can plug his headset up to my xbox one and it works fine.. so i went 50/50 with this headset. Will be returning this to best buy today

These seemed like great headphones, the sound quality is awesome and the ear pieces are super comfortable. The problem is they do not have an adjust option so they are too tight. After a while of playing, they are just too uncomfortable. My hats are only a seven and even my son who is eight complains about them on his ears, so it's not like bigots giant head. If you do not play for long periods of time, under thirty minutes, they probably would be great. Otherwise, they just cost too much to have to suffer through that.

The game sounds that come through are great. You can hear what direction people are coming from. This is a great product if you don't want to talk to anyone. We could not get the mic to work, and had an even harder time getting the headset to work to hear others talking to us. We are going to take it back and get something else.

Small & cheaply constructed, overpriced for the size & quality. The wired head phones plug is so short you have to hold the controller up to play, making it uncomfortable. Making it very inconvenient to use with any other devices. Thought I was getting a middle of the pack Turtle Beach headphones, not the cheapest model.

Well, TB needs to go back to the drawing board on these. They constantly need to be taken and reconnected to the controller as the pressure connection does not seem to be able to maintain a solid connection. Xbox needs to stepup and develop a much better headset connection than this. The headset themselves are GREAT!! Gave it 2 stars because of the Pressure connection snafu...

these sound great but i cant keep them, when in an xbox live party i can hear others but no one could hear me, exchanged at the store for another pair and had the exact same issue. will be returning for a refund soon.

We purchased two of these headsets. The sound quality was fine but on one of the headsets the adjustment for the ear cup broke within a month so we went back to using the Earforce X12.

These are nice headphones but are just too quiet. I have the Sony Playstation wireless headphones for my PS4 and they work great because they are powered by their own battery. These headphones use the X-Box battery and thus these headphones just can't get loud enough to mimic and sort of surround sound.

I don't usually recommend these since you will get get much better sound quality with normal headphones and with any cheap desktop mic. It's more convenient, especially if you're someone looking to buy this for a child, otherwise I would never recommend this.

These work ok... For the price they should be great but they're just ok. If you want you can just buy a headphone adapter and use your own headphones. But not all headphones have a microphone. I don't need a mic so I use those jvc XXL headphones. They only cost 45 bucks and sound waaaaay better.

We thought based on the brand and the price point of these headphones that they would be a decent set. We have had nothing but static from this headset. I am glad we bought the two year replacement plan because we will be returning these.

Bought these for the 12 year old for his Xbox One for Christmas. They have already stopped working. A $20 pair of cell phone headphones with the marsh mellow tips works better he says. Plus they don't require batteries.

I think they need work on the speakers and it don't let u hear like u expect to be in a head set no foot steps direction really weak and the cutting for the ear holes when u wear them for extended time it rubs.

Only had the headset for about 2 weeks before I had to exchange it because there was no sounds out of one side. The same thing happened to the second one I got:/

This is my second Turtle Beach headset as the first one didn’t last long. Now the left speaker on this headset no longer works. Will try a different brand in the future.

I knew turtle beach was known to be a good brand of gaming headphones, but I was disappointed in these. The headphones seem cheaply made, but I guess that's what to expect at this price point.

Not durable made for rough and tough teenager. Headset broke in several places. Purchased again after using warranty. Same thing happened second time

To be honest upfront, I returned these within a week. They worked just fine but they were not super comfortable. I wish Xbox had better headphones like Sony does.
