Turtle Beach has always ruled the roost when it comes to gaming headsets and these are no exception. They plug directly into the gaming console of the controller and have great sound and are comfortable to wear and put your right in all of the action with immersive bass and serious audio feedback. I felt like I was right in the game and the super amp added more powerful sound to every game I was playing! Highly recommended.

Upon receiving this headset and unboxing it I was pleasantly surprised at the craftsmanship and quality. I am quite a bit of a audiophile. I love sound quality. These definitely don't disappoint. The crisp clear highs and the deep pounding bass in such a small package was pretty amazing. I am a big FPS fan so surround sound is a must. With these having the capability of literally hearing footsteps around you and knowing where and what direction as if you're in the game and can almost feel their footsteps around you is awesome. The thick soft cushioning on the ear surrounds as well as the band that goes across the top of your head makes hours of gaming both comfortable and enjoying. Turtle Beach lives up to their reputation with these once again. I can't think of one negative thing to this headset. Personal preference I like to have an internal microphone which is about the only thing I would change but the Microphone it does use picks up every word and sound. My friends complimented me on how much better this one sounded in comparison to mine and other peoples mics in the game. Would highly recommend this to others

I love these headphones. I have neighbors, so I can't always play my ps4 through my home theater setup. These definitely do the trick. They sound fantastic. The clarity and bass is excellent. Very big sound from this headset. The mic is also very good. I transmit my voice very clearly and it seems to cut out the background noise so my teammates can easily understand me. They fit great and are very comfortable to wear.I am very pleased to own these and definitely give Turtle Beach a big thumbs up.

This headset is the best one I have ever owned. Yes it has cords, and yes there are wires - but you will ALWAYS have the best sound. Zero chance of an interruption from the microwave, or a battery dies and you're suddenly stuck without sound. Plus, the fit! The headphones fit perfectly around your ears and deliver such a high quality of sound. It actually sounds realistic for the most part and makes you feel like you're in the game. The app is great also, and lets you change settings quickly while gaming.

Turtle Beach has been my go to headset for gaming for many years now, though this is my first set for PS4 Pro. I think this headset has many great features right off the bat, however, I think what stands out most for me is the comfort of the headset. It is larger in size but has great build quality and feels solid with the metal head band and some decent weight to it (not a negative though). Adjustment is also simplistic and easy to accommodate larger heads. I can wear this headset for a solid gaming session (4+ hours for me) without any real irritation or soreness around my ears. The ears cups are very soft yet rigid with memory foam and reduce ambient outside noise fairly well without any noise cancelling functionality. The microphone has good positioning while having a fair amount of flexibility to adjust to your desired position and my online friends have commented on the clearer sounding quality of my voice over the standard PS4 headset/earpiece. Sound quality is pretty stellar, as I would expect from Turtle Beach (and this price point) the DTS Headphone: X surround sound gives players and experience of gaming that really changes the dynamic of game play. I enjoy the pin point sounds that I can immediately recognize which direction they are coming from and adjust my position as needed in games. Good sounding bass and the tuning options through the app allow for some significant customization. The Super Amp and Bluetooth functionality are added bonuses, where the volume control is solely located on the Amp itself to allow for easy volume adjustment. The app allows you to alter EQ settings as you like and then save those profiles for quick switching without the hassle (big points from me). I do not typically stream music while playing but I know quite a few people who do and that feature is something I think is quite common nowadays, however, being able to control the levels of chat, game audio and music audio is not quite as common and the Elite Pro 2 with Super Amp sets itself apart in this department. On to my main concern/disappointment: CABLES! As most other reviewers have pointed out this headset requires a USB connection and optionally (for quality sound) an optical cable. Granted, both cables came with the purchase and are of sizeable length, it just doesn't work for me in my current gaming setup. I have to drag these across my office floor to my chair and the cables are a danger where my dogs might trip over them at some point so I'm worried about it. I have a pair of Elite Pro's for my Xbox One S that are wireless with 7.1 surround and they rock though they are nowhere near as comfortable as the Elite Pro 2 for PS4. All that being said, if you have a desk setup with your PS4 this headset will work great for you, if you have a living room/couch setup it might be difficult (but not impossible). Overall, I'm happy with the Elite Pro 2 and the options it gives me, I'm just a little miffed with the cables and need to figure out my options for my current gaming setup but I think in the end it is worth it.

The headset sound is amazing, I have heard people complain that the sound was not loud enough but those people must be deaf or something cause the headset does the job especially for COD and Apex. They are also really comfortable even with glasses.

Overall, this is a pretty good headset. It includes the PowerAMP which connects up to the PS4 and allows you to have the best experience with the PS4. If your intent is to use it primarily with the PS4 this headset won't disappoint. The comfort of this headset is amazing, the sound is great and other players have no trouble hearing you over the mic. It is easy to connect and use and provides controls for your audio nearby without having to find controls. You can plug it into other devices like a Switch or your phone to use it for games there but because it's not paired up with the Power AMP it wasn't quite the same in terms of audio quality/loudness so I definitely wouldn't get this hoping to have the same experience without it. Even though it's clear this headset is intended only to work on the PC/PS4 with the Power AMP it's still disappointing to see it not be universal between Xbox and the PS4 as many gamers like me have both and Xbox and PS4 so this just ends up being more clutter in those scenarios. The upside is that to get it to work on the Xbox you'd only need to get the Power AMP and not the whole headset again. For this, I'd challenge Turtle Beach to come up with a universal system (even it used a manual switch to change compatibility modes). For it as it's marketed, I'd give it 5 stars but as a standalone headset I'd give it 4 where without the AMP it didn't sound a ton different than other gaming headsets I have. Overall, I'd recommend it for it's comfort, quality and sound when paired up with the AMP but wouldn't recommend if you intend on using it with other devices outside of a PC as there might be another option even from Turtle Beach that would work better.

The headset was packaged really well and tight - securing the headset. Initially it was hard to set up because of all the wires. The app configuration wasn't working properly, and my microphone wasn't working so I had to go online to a chat help and have them help me through it. The cable length is good, but it leaves a couple feet of cable across the carpet area from my TV to the couch. Also, there are many cables you must work with using these - would be awesome if it was wireless. It works while playing games with high quality sound and noise cancellation, love the surround sound. Clear sound coming through, easy to adjust and great comfort and fit while wearing my glasses. The memory foam in the cushions fit really well and block out sounds/noises. Great headset for many hours of gaming. Happy to wear these for extended gaming time with much comfort. Would absolutely recommend for gamers.

If you're a committed PS4 gamer and price is no barrier to the accessories you purchase, then you definitely should buy this. The Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 is, without question, the most comfortable high-end gaming headset on the market. The build quality is generally excellent, with a pliable but sturdy connecting band a choice of materials that deftly balances weight concerns and ruggedness, but where this device stands apart from competitors is in the design of the earpieces. These things practically mold themselves to your head shape, and if you've a uniquely shaped noggin like mine (and wear glasses to boot), you'll find yourself overjoyed to finally be using a headset that doesn't make you calculate how long you can endure a background level of discomfort. For a more detailed breakdown: BUILD QUALITY - Excellent. All pieces that need to stretch or flex do so admirably, and the parts most likely to wear over time (like the connecting headband) are reinforced with durable metal. As mentioned above, the earpieces are the true engineering marvel. They also detach via magnets, so repair or replacement should be easy. SOUND QUALITY - Excellent. Treble is clear and distinct, and bass frequencies punch distinctly without overpowering the mix. Midrange frequencies are separated into clear and distinct channels that enables you to discern things that get mashed together in poorer handsets. The audio engineering is advanced enough to make voice chat, background music, and sound effects distinct, clear, and detailed during play. It's pretty amazing to play an FPS and realize that you can hear the cacophony of the in-game chat (with all the different frequencies and microphone qualities players bring to the table), the game music, and sound effects you've been missing every play session prior while using this headset. I personally thought the microphone provided great sound quality; I made sure to check with online teammates for verification! The Speaker Boost feature is also implemented well, but reaping its benefits depends on tweaking your equalizer settings. SOFTWARE - Turtle Beach wisely eschewed a cumbersome PC interface for a download app (Android and iOS) instead. On first use, I thought the equalizer settings looked worryingly spartan, but I now see that choice was made to make sound mixing as easy-to-execute as possible. You can immediately hear the results of changes as you adjust the sliders on your phone, and it goes without saying that most dedicated PS4 gamers own the kind of smartphone needed to use the app software. The real benefits of the sound booster aren't seen until you tinker with these audio settings; if you calibrate things well, you can use the speaker boost as a volume adjuster to attenuate game audio when there's a sudden surge in noise or music. This is a godsend in games that have selectively implemented soundtracks, like Bloodborne. CONVENIENCE - Yes, there are a number of cables to hookup, but nowhere near the jungle of wires that the first-gen PS VR required. If you've a game setup that features a chair or sofa and a reasonable distance from your television or monitor, you should have no problems. Stretching the connecting audio cables across a living room floor might be a nuisance for a house pet (or a house mate), but most serious gamers keep their machines and hardware in a separate to keep way from distractions anyway, so the additional two cables you need shouldnn't be an issue. PRICE - This is the only area in which this headset feels like a bit of a letdown. You'll definitely get your money's worth, but most average-to-casual gamers can get by with a perfectly serviceable headset-and-audio combination for $100 or so. You won't get anywhere near this level of comfort or audio quality, but if you only use your PS4 for about ten hours a week that won't matter to you. If you spend just about ever second you can spare gaming, then this is your rig. IN BRIEF - Serious gamers willing to spend top dollar on the best audio accessories, or people who value comfort so highly they don't mind spending a little extra, should pick this unit up without hesitation. If this unit is on a considerable sale, make the purchase without hesitation.

I picked up the Elite Pro 2 3 weeks ago and have been thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort of the product. The sound quality is really awesome. I've read a couple of negative reviews about volume, but if you take the time to customize (why would you not! @@@@@@@ they are unparalleled. Crisp highs and deep lows. You can hear every footstep or reload. As for the mic, it is 100% crystal clear. No issues like I've repeatedly heard about the Astro A50s. Absolutely perfect. The ability to use phone and multi task is a huge plus, especially when you're planning on gaming for a stretch. In summary, great headset that is WELL worth the price!

Very nice wired headset for PS4

The Turtle Beach Elite Pro 2 + Super Amp for PS4 Pro and PS4 headset is a very nice wired sound experience for the PS4. They are comfortable to wear during long sessions and seem geared for FPS games that use team chat. To use the headset, you plug in the headset cable into the Super Amp Audio Controller (puck), and the puck plugs into the PS4 USB slot. The cord is quite lengthy so sitting far away from the PS4 isn't an issue. However, it does effectively tether the wireless controller. There are volume and mute controls on the puck, along with some LEDs. It can be a stretch to reach for the puck to adjust the volume mid-game; there are no cord controls or controls on the headset itself. The headset is simply a different setup than other popular wireless headsets. Most features are controlled through an app for your iPhone or Android phone. The app connects to the headset via a Bluetooth connection that was average in quality. The main features of the app include an audio equalizer and the ability to either boost or kill chat. The chat boost is especially useful in team FPS games with loud action that can drown out the voices of your team. The headset itself has a tension band underneath the bridge that takes the weight off of the head. The ear pads were comfortable over my ears and had the added bonus of a slot where the stem of my glasses could fit so that my glasses don't get squeezed against my upper cheek. I loved that feature. The sound quality was very nice. I used the setting for boosted bass and treble and I could hear small details clearly within games. There is a bit of an echo feel to the sound, but that may be a result of the feature that boosts the sounds of footsteps within the game. Once you setup how you like your sound via the app, I don't think that the echoes will be a big deal. Overall, this is a nice wired headset for the PS4. I had some small issues but the quality of the headset build, audio, and app makes this a contender for best wired audio on the PS4.

This is a very comfortable gaming headset. It does not start to annoy your ears after wearing for a few hours like some other headphones I've tried out. Its very comfortable and soft. I really like how clear and crisp the sound is. A person running from a distance sounds like they are running from a distance. The sounds are so clear, you feel like you are actually in the game. Set-up was very easy and connection to the app was a cinch. The only thing I'm having trouble with is the sound quality when you connect through the superamp. It is supposed to enhance the sound, but it'sn't doing that. The sound is actually better if I just connect directly onto my remote. The superamp does work well when I connect my phone to get calls while playing games and the call is clear on my end and the receiving person's end. The call actually rings right into my headset which is awesome. I love that feature. I also love how you can play music while gaming. There isn't anything I really don't like about the headset except trying to figure out the connection through the superamp instead of on the remote. I can def live with that though. I would still recommend it.

After testing the Turtle Beach - Elite Pro 2 Wired Gaming Headset for a few weeks I genuinely love some of the things about this headset that other manufacturers could take note of: . They're super-comfortable, even after extended use . The controls on the headset are easy to use . The "glasses" design in the headset help with the comfort-not just a gimmick! . It includes an optical cable!!! . The sound is terrific, and I'm told the mic is very clear I tried them on both my computer and my PS4-it's honestly a bit better set-up for my computer, as my PS4 is in my living room and my couch is kind of far away. I have to sit closer than I want if I want to use the wired amp (which is recommended, sounds better, and requires the optical cable), and I have to be extra careful with the cords. They can also be used as a straight headset plugged right into the controller, and still sound good, just not AS good. The PC set-up is a bit easier to work with the wires (they're very long for a PC, but not quite long enough for a couch 10-feet away from the TV) and the sound there is also very good. You can switch between the modes easy enough with the app, but the app can take a bit to figure out. The AMP also has controls on it, though, again, they're easier to use with the PC and the AMP sitting right in front of you than with the PS4 and it sitting somewhere between you and the TV. The glasses comfort design of the headset actually works and helps ease the usual pain caused by wearing headphones for an extended period of time over glasses-it's now one of my favorite features on any headset! It's also pretty important on these as they're fairly heavy. The other nice feature is the "cooling" cup design--it genuinely works as well--my ears did not get noticeably hot or sweaty at any time while using these. The biggest drawback to these, by far, is all the cords that are required for the best sound. They're pretty much not an option in my living room as between my dog and my kids someone is going to rip out a wire somewhere, and possibly cause some serious damage to something. If you don't mind the wires (or are using them with a PC where wires typically aren't a big deal) then these are some fantastic sounding, very comfortable headphones.

Upon receipt, you won'tice that the TB Elite Pro 2 headphones are packaged in an average looking box. However, that's just the outer sleeve. Under that sleeve is a very premium feeling box that matches the price for this headset. Why is the packaging important you might ask? As someone who has moved across the country several times, I want the items I'm spending big bucks on (particularly my tech items) to come with boxes that will last so that I can use them to repack and transport the items. I learned the hard way that you don't want to throw all of your tech items, controllers, power cables, and adapters in one box thinking that you'll be able to easily put them all back together once you've arrived at your destination. Once out of the box, setup is fairly easy but can be more complicated depending on your specific setup and whether or not you choose to use the included (VERY appreciated) optical cable. By using the optical cable, you gain Bluetooth functionality from your phone. While this does allow you to control some audio settings, customize the EQ, and stream audio, I didn't find it critical to my gaming experience. Once you've connected the SuperAmp (more on this later) to the PS4, you then run another wire to the headset. You also have the option of running the standard 3.5mm connection directly to your PS4 controller, but this does result in a noticeable loss of audio quality. However, the quality is still impressive given the high quality of the headset itself. Unfortunately, most of the audio controls are via the SuperAmp which is super inconvenient. I'm not sure why this decision was made or why the super amp couldn't just be some dongle on the back of the console. I'm sure this was a cost saving measure to avoid having to fit batteries and bluetooth directly into the headset, but man does it take away from the excellent sound performance of this headset. Having wires strung across the living room floor just isn't what I want to look at or clean up after I'm done gaming. As far as the sound quality goes (when connected to the SuperAmp), it's amazing. The surround sound really does put you into an immersive game play environment. You will absolutely hear things that you've never heard before in your games giving you an advantage over your rivals. Bass is deep and punchy without drowning out important gaming sounds. I was also really impressed with the comfort of this headset. The thick padding didn't leave my ears feeling like they'd been crushed for hours like some headsets do. I don't normally have any issue with sweat, but I could tell a noticeably more comfortable difference with this headset. In conclusion, The TB Elite Pro 2 is certainly a premium headset that delivers excellent sound and comfort sure to make any gamer happy. Unfortunately, it delivers it in a way that's so strange given the desire for wireless functionality. It has some Bluetooth features, but only if you route them through the SuperAmp which is a tangle of wires waiting to happen. If you're using this with a PC and desk, it won't likely be much of an issue. However, if you're using this with a TV from a console on the other side of the room, then it'sn't pleasant to look at and is even harder to store neatly. Thankfully, you can still use the headset by connecting directly to your PS4 controller, but you lose a lot of the functionality that you're paying for. All in all, I'll be keeping these as they are much better than the current headset I'm using in both comfort and sound (even when used without the SuperAmp). I doubt I'll be using the SuperAmp as it's just too much clutter for my living room unless I'm going to do some serious gaming days at a time. I'm giving these my recommendation since most people who purchase these know that they are wired and should be OK with that. However, I'd really like to see a truly wireless headset developed even if it cost another $100. Pros: -Sound -Comfort (Fit & heat) -Build Cons: -Lack of controls on the headset -Wires + Wires + Wires -SuperAmp is like a cheaper way to incorporate Bluetooth. It's clunky.

I was looking for a headset to use with my PS4 Pro. I don't game competitively, but I just wanted something to use late at night when everyone was asleep. I decided to give the Turtle Beach - Elite Pro 2 Wired Gaming Headset a try. There are so many headsets to choose from at almost every price point, but I will tell you why I think this is the one to get. Upon first opening the box I could tell this was going to be great product. The packaging, and the build quality of everything was absolutely top notch. It is also the most comfortable headset I have used by far. Setup wasn't too difficult, but required me to run a long optical and USB cable from the PS4 Pro to the SuperAmp. If you are looking for a wire free setup this may not be the right headset for you. Once this was done I was able to download the Turtle Beach Audio Hub App so I could adjust the sound profile, and the chat/volume balance. Now for the most important part...the sound. Lets just say I was blown away. It wasn't necessarily the volume it provides (although there was plenty of that), but the sound QUALITY. Gaming sounds FANTASTIC through these. All of the smallest details can be heard with a very realistic quality to the sound. All I can say is that I am super impressed. When I first decided to pick these up I just wanted something for late at night when everyone was asleep. Now I use them almost all the time because of the quality of the sound, and the comfort they provide. If you are in the market for a GREAT gaming headset these absolutely deserve your consideration. Highly recommended.

I reviewed this headset based on use with both my PS4 and gaming desktop. To start at the beginning, the unboxing: the packaging is sleek and carefully designed to prevent damage. Inside the box you have the headset, headset cord, mini-usb power cable, optical cable, superamp, and the manual. Setup is easy, plug in mic boom, plug cord into headset and amp, plug power into amp and PS4 (or desktop) and done. There is an optical cable if you chose to use it, however to my amateur ears I could not tell a difference, so opted to forego the optical setup and have one less cable to deal with. There is also the option to connect directly to your phone / tablet without the superamp. Note, if you wear glasses there is this really cool feature built into the cup that will allow you to create a channel for your glasses and improve comfort. As far as comfort goes, this headset is top of the line. I'm a snob when it comes to headset comfort, as the majority of headsets in all price ranges hurt the top of my head. This one is the clear winner when it comes to weight, comfort and temperature. The headset overall fit is precise and of the quality I expect for the price. The adjustment allows a wide range of head sizes, they adapt easily between myself and my 8 year old and fit us both perfectly. The cup foam is just the right level of pressure while still feeling cool to the touch. After 2 hours of wear they aren't hot, too much pressure or too heavy. The mic has good placement and I have comfort knowing that my 8 year old can drop them (because he did) and they won't break. On to the important stuff, the audio. The sound is crisp, with amazing depth and range for both mic and sound. I'm in love with the background noise elimination, mainly when my son is complaining loudly that my turn is over. I found that these headphones gave me more audio clarity than I get with my mid level wireless ones, so now I'm hearing new background nuances of the game that I had previously missed. I was a bit perplexed in that I need to turn up the superamp to full volume for a comfortable audio level in the majority of games I tried. I think you may have a hard time getting the audio up to an uncomfortable level, however since that isn't normally a goal for most, I don't have any issues with this. Lastly, know you are getting a WIRED headset. I read many reviews on this headset about how the wires were a negative. If you don't want wires, don't buy this. It does create the wires running across the room situation, depending on how close you sit. This is ok for me, I'm gaming on a 60" and sitting ~15' away with no issues or pulling from the cables. Would I prefer all of these option in a wireless headset, YES I would, however I'm happy with the quality provided and will deal with the wires. Overall a great quality headset with outstanding audio, and makes me feel like I took a step up from my occasional social gamer status.

Turtle Beach's Elite Pro 2 headset offers so much in the way of functionality that there simply is not enough time to write about all this headset has to offer. From everything down to sound and voice controls all the way up to lighting and EQ set up, this headset is sure to please most gamers out there. For the purposes of this review i'll try to focus on some of the more important functions and please note this headset was tested on the PS4 platform. First off I want to talk about design and what you can expect to receive out of the box. This unit was packaged like a high end designer jewelry box almost. I felt almost like I should of been honored to receive this unit. Out of the box your going to receive the headset, boom mic, super amp, optical cable, micro usb cable and 3.5mm cable. Cable length is good, allowing you to sit well beyond the length of your gaming console. My only real complaint is the amount of cords needed to run this set up. If you game from a gaming monitor and desk then the cords really don't pose any issues in the form of it getting in your way. However I initially tested this on my ps4 while hooked up to my 47" t.v. I hated having the wires all sprawled out on the floor. It may not bother you but it bothered me because I like to keep my battle area clean. Moving on to design and comfort. These are hands down the most comfortable and thickest cushion headset I have ever owned or tested. The comfort level was definitely top tier and a really nice feature that Turtle Beach implemented that I am a fan of is the ability to adjust your ear cups for people that wear glasses. You can see from the uploaded picture that the ear cups are removable. Once removed on the back side of the ear cups there is a cloth tab that you can pull and set in to place for people that wear glasses. What this does is it creates an indentation in the headset which allows your glasses to sit perfectly in without creating pressure points. The reason I like this feature alot is because I chose to game on a 27" gaming monitor and end up sitting real close to the screen. I wear blue light filter glasses so the comfort level while wearing headsets usually drops. Oh and one other thing to note, the ear cups have a really nice cooling property to their design which means you never get hot or sweaty while wearing them. Now lets really get in to the main reason for buying this headset which is sound and voice chat quality along with its functionality controls. The first thing that really stood out to me was the super amp and its functions. The main function of the super amp is to serve as the main gate way for your audio controls and bluetooth functions. The super amp lights up around the unit as you turn the dial to indicate volume level. Lighting control can be adjusted through the free Turtle Beach app which allows you to chose if the lighting stays on, increases as in game volume increases or you can put it in stealth mode which turns off all the lights. The super amp also has an audio output for streaming purposes. Now do you need the super amp to use these headsets? Absolutely not. The headset acts as a normal headset via the 3.5 mm cable meaning you can plug this directly to your ps4 controller or you can hook it up to your phone and listen to music. Now with that being said one thing i'll say is there is a significant drop in audio quality and clarity if you chose to go this route. This headset truly shines while using the super amp. Lets talk about some of the things you can do through the app. You can chose and make your color design for the Turtle Beach logo when it lights up. You can design your own EQ pre sets for your gaming desire. Now this is a really nice and cool feature to have and i'll explain why. Let's say your playing a shooter like The Division and you want that heavy bass drop so you can feel every bullet and explosion in the game. Simply set up your EQ adjustments to get them where you want them then after you can save them and label them 'Shooter' or whatever you like. This is a nice feature to have as you can set, adjust and save different features in order to swap them out based on the game you are playing i.e. shooter, rpg, side scroller, etc. You can also adjust your game and chat ratio so you can chose to receive more chat audio than game audio or vice versa. There's alot you can do through the app so I just wanted to talk about a couple that stood out. Another key area that really got me was the ability to stream music directly in your headset off your phone and be able to control the sound balance of your music, in game sound and chat volume. This means when im in a party and we are grinding away for loot I can stream music to help pass the time all without taking away from the game sound or chat audio from team mates. I can control how much music, game volume and chat volume that I want to come in to make sure that they don't all come in at the same volume and drown each other out. Now if all you care about is in game sound quality then this headset will not leave you disappointed. With a 7.1 Dolby surround sound set up you are going to be able to hear sounds that you may have never heard before. I could hear metal creaking as construction equipment was swaying off in the distance. Not only was I able to pick up on the sound but I was able to even tell which direction it was coming from and roughly how far away it was all without having to look at a map. This headset does an awesome job at displacing sound quality that it makes immersion all that much more real. The bass drops are deep and clean but never too loud to take away from other sounds. Voice clarity is crisp and clean allowing me to hear perfectly all in game AI chat and audio chat with my team mates perfectly. Here's the bottom line. There are enough functions to please just about everybody out there. The sound quality is so crisp and clean that you are going to feel as if you are in the game. The Dolby surround sound means that you will have the upper hand as you will be able to hear enemies off in the distance and be able to tell just how far away they are before they even notice you. The chat controls are perfect allowing you to control your chat output to your teammates as well as the chat audio coming in to your headset. The app also provides an option to turn on a gateway for your mic blocking all outside noises from bleeding in to your group chat. All in all guys this is well worth the money in my opinion. The only complaint I have with this unit is the amount of cords it runs. But in retrospect this is a very small complaint with many more benefits. This is hands down my favorite and new go to headset for gaming and streaming. I find it hard to believe that this headset would disappoint anyone. Do yourself a favor and pick a head set up to see what its like to wear an elite head set.
