So the do the job for her, but there's better products with more features out there that I would go with, just have to spend up more.

Better than the expensive ones

One of them was $300, a couple have been in the $200 range. They have all broken (the mic always stops working). This headset is the most reliable I have tried, and the cheapest. I will not go back to the expensive headsets.
