No offense to Best Buy, Very disappointed in the quality or lack there of didn’t even last 4 months even with careful handling and care.

Good for gaming just the wired is not good for my son

Only lasted about 2 months before started having problems, sound only comes from one side now. I did not check if I could get a replacement from the store; I just bought another headset for my son.

After using for about a week the mic stopped working.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift for grandchild.

I love this product it’s amazing and worth buying.

Very disappointed I have a pair of the smaller version works perfectly fine I put these in my controller and they break 30 secs later I couldn’t hear anything pull it out and put it back in still nothing

I had to do a return on this headset. My son complained that he could use the mic. The store representative recommended another brand and now my son is happy. Thank you BestBuy.

Got these for our 13 year old son, now 14 and one side of the ear phones has gone out. They are otherwise nice and had been sturdy. He isn't exactly gentle with his stuff so I don't think it's a quality issue, but if your rough on your equipment, be cautious.

Not as durable as I would like but gets the job done

Bought these for my 9 year old son. He tends to not go easy on technology so I did not want to buy an expensive pair of headphones. For the price these headphones are good. Bought the 2 year warranty since headphones were not very expensive. So far so good,

only used it a few times and i can't hear out of it

Out of the box, I was a little surprised at how lightweight they were; in comparison to some other headsets I’ve seen, I was a bit worried that they would end up broken before the night was over. I was pleasantly surprised at the durability of them, given how lightweight they are. I found them to fit comfortably and snuggly on my head; I also liked how light they are, as they didn’t feel like I was wearing a helmet. The sound quality was good and I did not have a problem hearing other players or being heard. They were fairly simple to attach to the PS4 controller and haven’t had an issue with the connection. Overall, I would say that for the price, this are awesome headsets for the casual gamer or kid.

My son uses these to game. Our first pair did not hold up well and the microphone piece broke within the year. Best Buy was great and replaced them. Probably should pay the extra money for coverage.

I bought this headset about a year. It was so amazing that I wanted to buy it again. I order it online and it arrives. I notice it isn’t the same but I trusted the brand so I gave it a shot. This headset sucks. Everything about it feels cheap. The buttons/ mute are not smooth. The cable is skinny and feels like it could break at any moment. Randomly the mic stops working. Sometimes I only get sound from one ear. Huge disappointment. Wish I could exchange it but I threw out the box and Best Buy near me is closed

Product was defective from day one. Friends said they could barely hear me and I was in a tunnel. Returned and got something different. This is my 3rd attempt at these headphones...

Turtle Beach is a outstanding name in stereo quality for our gaming purposes. Our sons use the headset and this is our second one we own and will continue to purchase Turtle Beach in the future

I purchased the headphones for my high school children's virtual high school classes. The headphones work great reducing a lot of the outside noise making it easier for them to concentrate on their studies.
