So far so good for 7 Year old

He likes them a lot and says they are very comfortable. He has a small head so I was concerned it would be too loose.. Just right, but fits my head comfortably as well

My 12 year old son has 3 sets of this brand name in wireless and wired and he loves them. I like how he can put these on and tv is mute but he can hear it.

I really don't even write reviews, but these were awful from the get go. Within a couple weeks the volume was starting to only work on one side thanks to the little wheel on the back on the headphones burning out. You can fiddle with it for awhile before getting anything that sounds normal. The lesson here; don't buy the cheapest version from a reputable brand, because they obviously don't care how it holds up or sounds compared to another company trying to make a name for themselves.
