I gave it two stars because at least its a functioning headset. It also functions on both ps4 and xbox which was a pleasant surprise

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a "one-size-fits-all" headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
In regard to the headset not having a mute button, you are correct! However, the headset's microphone boom would act as the mute button. To mute your microphone, you would simply rotate back in to the Mute position that is shown within your product's User Guide.

Con- top ear connecting strap can hurt/ irritate top of head after a while, need to readjust.

Stopped working after 1 week...TWICE

Had the exact same problem with the second set. When reading troubleshooting online, they acknowledge that you can't use the headset when the xbox controller is plugged in, that it may require purchasing a headset audio control adapter (approx. the same price as the headset). you cant do both game audio and chat, you can only choose one. Audio was so low even at the highest setting that you could barely hear anything. Even the salespeople tried to steer me towards different headsets..i should've listened!

This one was as easy as plug and play and so the kid in the house was super happy and excited and I just loved how much cheaper it is is than a lot of the others.

Could not for the life of me get this headset to stop echoing when connected to xbox controller. No amount of settings changes would work. Idk if it was that the tiny mic arm was too close to the speakers or what. Don't recommend.

Stop working after a short time
