Cord breaks easily

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers.

The headset's microphone boom acts as its own mute switch. You would rotate the microphone in to the muted position; as shown within the Quick Start Guide that came with your headset.
