It works well for me as I don't plug / unplug it often and I am a pretty mellow gamer. However, for a very active young person or a person who may swap headsets or what it is plugged into, I've found that the cord doesn't hold up at the connect point for as long as I would have liked.

Comfortable With Glasses

I’m not sure how good the mic works, as I don’t use the mic. Most importantly for me though is that they are comfortable with glasses! It’s hard finding headphones that are comfortable with glasses.

They're nice quality and have great features for the price. They're a tad quiet though, in my opinion, so if you're able, I'd definitely grab the model up or meander on over to the pc gaming headsets. But again, if budget is an issue, these do perform great for the price.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We had to replace a Turtle Beach Recon 50 head that my son told was broken (note: it was the controller jack that was bugged, not the headset). This was the same price we had paid for the Recon 50 so we upgraded on the exchange. He really likes the fact that the volume controls are mounted on the headset (as opposed inline along the cord on the Recon 50) and to mute the mic requires just a simple 90-degree flip. I'd say this is a good headset for the price.
