Cheapest headset I could find for a interim backup pair had them since June 6th, and when my main set i got for Christmas dies while playing with the boys I use these very good sound quality mic is a little messy cut's in and out randomly but other than that these are solid headphones I treat them rough too

These headsets seems to work well for my grandchildren while playings games. They are happy with them but I hope they don't break. I had to replace them many times but it seems like the last one is lasting pretty well.

Excellent headset. Bought this for my wife to use on her xbox. The sound is crisp and there is some decent bass. While there most certainly are better headsets out there, this one certainly does the job considering the price.

Ten year old Grandson needed a new headset- and I immediately thought of Best Buy! Great selection and the quality is great. He is so happy that he can still talk to friends online even if they can't get together. The last set he had broke very easily, so far this Best Buy headset is going strong. Thank you!

I hear everything in game with these. Flip down hard plastic mic boom is nice and sturdy and acts as a mute button when flipped back up. Surround has saved me many times in FPS. Cups are very comfy!

After tinkering around with the xbox settings I got the sound to raise up and it made them perfect! The instructions where a bit off for you have to adjust the volume by looking for the volume icon after u tap the center Xbox button and not actually go into settings and mess with sound and volume!

The sound is great no issue, connects to headset with ease, length is great and won't rip off the head when turning or standing up.

This is my second Turtle Beach -- first one worked great for about four months of hard usage but broke on the first drop after that. Stuck with this model because it was good and hope my grandson has learned to handle it more gently.

Good quality microphone and speakers. Solid enough. Quick flip microphone mute is nice. A possible downside is the straight headphone jack where it connects to the controller may be a weak spot or break if dropped or hit too hard. Other than that, for the money I’m very happy with the purchase.
