I did find there is a setting on the Xbox one for headsets if the volume isn’t loud enough check the settings, the headphones work great.

The sound is perfect and the headset is very comfortable even after long periods. I definitely recommend this set.

Don't waste your money.

I got tired of them always asking to use my rig 800(not cheap). So we got them each one of these in different colors. They feel super cheap light weight, you can barly hear the volume is so low and if you even move the 3.5mm jack a little bit they cut in and out or you hear a bunch of static. Would definitely save a couple dollars and get something else with a little bit of quality, even if its for kids.
