When she logs off, then logs on at a later time, it's a hit or miss, whether the mic and sound will work, or one works but not the other. She has done everything possible and it's still a hit or miss. I guess it's fine for the amount we paid, but frustrating when she can't hear whats going on, or they can't hear her... Any suggestions? or could it be a defected headset? Who knows... She still uses them...
