At first I thought it didn't have a mute button out a thing, but I did find puting the mic part up it is the mute. It makes me happy that this is so easy to use.

They work as described. They don't complain at all and seem to be comfortable when wearing them. I did need to return them and change them out as they stopped working but I believe it wasn't anything other than a defective pair and then ones we have now work fine.

Perfect for my two boys

You just have to remind them to stop yelling when playing their games. lol

Decent for price

I have to consistently remove the plug from the controller when I play to try to help the static sound. They also do not fit my head right, they cause me much pain when I wear them for extended amounts of time squeezing around my ears.

They get the job done. I liked the volume dial on the side and flipping the mic up to mute it. However, after about 5 months of daily use, that volume dial is really touchy and only works properly if you catch it just right and then don’t touch it again. The cable is kinda thin and cheap, a major worry. The leather around the ear gets sweaty and super uncomfortable and TB headsets feel tight and like they’re squeezing over long sessions. For a first headset or someone not using these often or just don’t care much, they’re fine. But there are MANY better headsets for about the same price elsewhere. Try the Corsair Void Elite Stereo other places for virtually the same price and much better/ more comfortable. Sorry turtle beach. Just being a real one.
