It wouldn’t stay connected and the mic kept going out. I returned it and bought a cheaper wired headset that worked 100 times better

Not worth the hassle

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In addition to having to wait an extra day because the Best Buy location neglected to let me know it wasn't in stock until 1 in the morning, I had it delivered from another location across the state which would've been a three hour drive. I was excited to get it, but I was quickly disappointed in how the audio input was being recycled into the audio output. I tried going through Turtle Beach's customer support which just kept repeating the "Have you tried connecting through the bluetooth?" but it doesn't even show up on my list of nearby devices. The thing is just nonfunctional. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I'm never purchasing a Turtle Beach product hereon.

Headphones wouldnt sit flush on ears. Non adjustable. Terrible terrible headphones. Theres better for half the price.

I couldn't game for more than 5 minutes. It was this bad straight out of the box, only played for 5 minutes because it took me an hour to connect it because it wouldn't connect, just to sound terrible. Extremely disappointing considering I just had to replace my turtle beach headset for the first time in 7 years, and reflects the poor quality they have become known for.
