In regard to comfort; please know that due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
In regard to the bass; have you attempted to use any of the presets (ex. Bass Boost, Bass and Treble Boost, Vocal Boost) that are automatically built in to the headset to see if you can get the bass to your preferred level?

Solid pair of headphones

Great batter life, same audio qulity as the previous model thiough. Also switches from PC to PS5 easily, will definitely continue to use this model.

Worst pair of headphones ever.

The microphone broke off within 30 days, the headphones were replaced and the replacement pair broke the same way. The workmanship is terrible and the plastic used to make the clip is very frail. To be fair, the sound quality was good.

Poor Mic Construction

Crisp sound, great battery, finicky connection
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Since I got these headphones, I've noticed that I've been playing games with them on by default. The sound quality is surprisingly great - it's crisp and clear, I can hear detail that I haven't heard while using my normal sound system, and the directional audio is pretty nice (though it does have a tendency to overcompensate). I love how long they last, as well - forgetting to charge them one day isn't going to ruin a play session like it would with some other headsets. The fit is nice as well - since I wear glasses, I'm used to headsets being painful to wear after long periods of time, but the "glasses fit" design actually works really well. I like how the microphone folds away when I don't need it, and totally disappears into the headset without leaving a spot for the headset to get caught on wires when I set it down. Also, I REALLY appreciate how the volume controls are wheels instead of buttons - it makes it much easier to adjust in case of sudden fluctuations in game volume. With all that being said, there's one huge flaw: The connection can be unreliable. When it works, it works like a charm - my PlayStation automatically recognizes the headset and swaps audio output over. However, sometimes it DOESN'T want to work. In these instances, I have to unplug the dongle and turn off the headset, then hook everything back up. Sometimes I also need to reboot my PlayStation. While the quality of these headphones is otherwise good enough that it isn't a dealbreaker for me, I'd be lying if I said this glitch wasn't a huge annoyance in an otherwise seamless product. I'd still recommend this headset, but here's a tip: make sure you put the dongle on the USB port that's easiest for you to get to, because you'll probably have to unplug it and put it back in at various points. Glitchy connection notwithstanding, they're otherwise a fantastic headset that lets you game at night or in noisy environments without the hassle of wires and constant charging.

Don’t listen to the teenager behind the counter

Told them I needed for ps5. They told me both were the same but guess what they didn’t work with my ps5 so made a second trip up there to get the same headphones but in ps5 packaging like I originally asked for. They work now no thanks to little girls behind the counter that don’t listen to customers

They take a while to turn on so it takes time to get used to. It's annoying. They're also uncomfortable. For the price, I wish I would have returned them and gotten a different headset.
