This headset is fantastic! As a person who is a casual gamer and an audiophile, this headset has satisfied all of my needs when it comes to comfort, sound quality, ease of use and microphone quality. It's super easy to connect to your console (or PC! There is a PC setting on the dongle you can easily switch to) using a small wireless dongle that plugs in via USB, and the wireless experience is great - good battery life, solid control over your sound from the headset itself, and a mic passthrough knob so you can hear yourself speak / hear your mic input! It's also very convenient that you can physically turn the microphone on or off based on if the mic is flipped up or down, a very handy feature if you happen to be snacking while gaming and dont want others hearing. The sound quality is great, and definitely comparable to other nice headphones in the price range, with solid sound quality in all tone ranges! The earcuffs are also very comfortable to wear, and are just big enough to fit my ears. They are fabric, so I fear they may be hard to clean if they get dirty (compared to leather), but so far I haven't had any issues with them. They are made of plastic too, but you will barely notice it when wearing them! This headset is an extremely good one, and looks quite good on your head too! Definitely give this a try if you're a gamer looking for a new headset!

Let me just start by saying I did receive this through the Tech Insider Program, but it did not influence me in any way. I have over 5 gaming head sets, for PC, PS5, Xbox X, so I have various base lines for comaprison. I used this on the PC, and the sound was very crisp, and rich. The highs and mids were very clear, from Spotify, to gaming… i was able to feel immersed. The sound stage was realistic and full, i can more or less hear foot steps in COD/Overwatch and able to locate my targets with high accuracy. The bass was a little bit of a miss, but with some adjustments you can improve it tremendously. My only complaint is the range, i felt distortion and static after just 30 feet or so, which is inferior to most of my other headsets. However i dont plan to be further than that most of the time (ie grabbing a drink from the fridge), this headsets performance is great for this price range. Another fine prodcut from Turtle Beach

I think gamers take their headsets pretty seriously, always looking for something better and newer but usually finding their favorite headset remains the same. After trying the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen2 Max headset for PS5 (it works with Switch and PS4 but I didn’t have them hooked up) for the past week or so that’s the boat I’m in at least. , Packaged with big pictures all over the box, labeling all the features that separate Stealth 600 Gen 2 from the competition, it's an attractive option to consider on the shelf. Inside you have the headset, a Micro-USB charging cable, a setup/instruction/warranty insert, and the USB-A dongle to communicate with the playstation. Everything you need, nothing you don’t. The headset has hard plastic headband padded against your head with soft squishy foam and the ear muffs are also padded with soft foam. The microphone folds up into the earpiece, effectively becoming part of the headset when you don’t need it and is easily flipped down when you do. The headset boasts refined and tuned acoustics including 3D audio functionality as well as a 48 hour battery life. On a functionality scale these are great! The sound is clear and precise (or well lag free precise enough I didn’t notice anything out of synch) and while I don’t know how well my games utilize the 3D audio I was playing Saints Row among others and it seemed that I could walk past pedestrians or enemies and hear them toward the back of my hearing and fainter as I moved away. The volume wheel is actually two: one for the mic volume and one for the sound, which is nice although I don’t use the mic when I play online. Levels get plenty loud enough and the ear muffs keep the volume in so anyone beside you won’t likely hear much if anything. One other feature listed on the box is being glasses friendly and while I didn’t find my glasses smooshed or pressed on, the headset itself seemed a little tight. You can obviously stretch it out, which I did, but it was always either flopping forward/backward off my head loose or it was a little too tight. It was a minor complaint overall and I used it without issue (no headaches, red marks, etc.) but did keep looking up at my old headset wishing this new one was softer/more comfortable on my melon. As for the battery life, the other main draw from box features, I work full time and have kids so while I give it a solid 2-3 hour use daily on the weekend I never came close to being able to say it lasts 48 hours without a charge. I didn’t charge it all week and used it three days straight and then a couple times I’d pop it on if I was up early enough to play a quick game before leaving for work…no battery issues or anything. I can confirm this will go beyond 12 hours without a charge, I have no reason to doubt a name brand like Turtle Beach doesn’t go up to the two day mark or close to. So overall I won’t likely use this except as a backup or as a kids headset based simply on it being a little tight but that’s just me being set in my ways. This headset has great audio, excellent battery, and being bluetooth wireless is awesome even if it does require a dongle in the PS5. There’s no reason someone looking for a new headset wouldn’t love this thing and I plan to take it back out next time a triple-A game releases that I think will take advantage of the 3D audio fully. Highly recommended for those who don’t have an abnormally large head like me.

I had just bought a PlayStation and didn’t want everyone in the house to hear me. The ear pads are super comfortable and the top cushion helps keep pressure off of the top of my head. I love that this is a usb wireless connection so I can just plug and play instead of having to set up a Bluetooth connection. The mic is very sleek and love that it interfaces with the PlayStation so when it’s folded up my mic is off and it turns on when you fold it down without having to mess with any settings. Also like that the volume control is a physical turn dial on the headphones themselves so I’m not constantly having to use a remote or press buttons constantly. The battery life seems to be good. I’ve played probably around 20ish hours before recharging and they still weren’t dead then. I will say that, because the ear cushions are large and comfortable, they do look a bit weird so I wouldn’t wear these in public. The sound quality is also great. I play COD and when people are walking behind me in the game it actually sounds like the person is behind me.

The sound is amazing very comfortable to wear for a lot of hours. Light weight would definitely recommend

These aren't the most impressive sounding headphones you'll ever come across, but they have some useful functions built into the headset that makes these worth while. The sound quality is just alright. There is some very artificial sounding bass, mids are there but subtle, and highs are very crisp. Almost too trebly.. I can hear the speaker pop often, especially at high volumes, it doesn't sound "natural" at all to my ears. They do have decent "directional" audio.. when I am playing games like Fortnite, Apex, Call of Duty, I can tell which direction footsteps are coming from and where the gun fire is on the map. There is two volume rockers, one controls the game audio, and the other controls microphone volume. My favorite function about this headset is that the microphone/headphone kind of acts like an active monitor when you have the microphone on. I can hear what's going on in the room around me, and myself talking. (not an echo, but an active monitor.) If there is one thing I have never liked about using headphones while gaming and chatting is that I cannot hear my own voice clearly when talking because I end up feeling like I end up screaming into the microphone. If you know, you know. Besides that, there is a mode button which changes the built in presets but honestly they all sound pretty similar to my ears. I just leave it at the default mode when I plug them in. The included USB dongle is compatible with PS4/PS5 and PC. Battery life is excellent, Ive yet to charge them since the first full charge. I've had them for about 5 days now, and play about 2 hours a night. Turtle Beach claims 48 hours of battery life in these lol, sounds insane to me but I believe it. They're still going strong for me. I also really like the flip to mute function of the microphone, for those times when a relative walks into your room to ask you something 😅 All in All.. I wish this headset had better audio quality, but the battery life, and other functions of this headset really make up for that and I can recommend these to any gamer who wants a good set of headphones for online gaming and chatting.

I had purchased a previous model of these in the color white and really enjoyed them. Mic works well. Easier to pair and is pretty sturdy. So I went this upgrade to replace my old set. The battery life is great. Definitely worth the money if you’re moderate user.

Great for gaming! Flip down microphone, or mute the microphone by flipping it back up! You can control the volume on the microphone as well as the sound. Great battery life. Also great for listening to your movies late at night while others are sleeping. Great sound quality.

This is a overall good headset. Price is good, quality is good and battery life is awesome ! Recommend for any gamer

It is very easy to set up and use. It's also comfortable, but a little tight on my head. The sound is good, and the mic is clear.

I purchased this headset to replace the same model after I accidentally broke the first one (not the manufacturer's fault). The clarity of the audio is great and I can communicate with other players with no complaints about how I sound. I can walk away from the console, go to the kitchen, and continue my conversation without static or breaking up. The mic swings up to mute. This unit is affordable and connects easily with the usb adapter. I bought the first one on a suggestion from a friend and do not regret purchasing it twice

The head phones battery is what really sold me on this. Love how long it lasts and that I can charge and play without an annoying beeping sound like my previous ones. Being able to hear myself speak also is a bonus. Sound is great with these as well. The only down falls are that it takes up a usb space and that the microphone broke. I was able to super glue it back and still works brand new. Customer service was willing to repair/replace but gluing it was sufficient enough for me.

Bought these for my girlfriend and another pair for myself to use with my xbox and we both love them. Sound is great, they are comfortable for long period of times and we play in the same house and never have issues with echo or anything like that

Great sound quality. Whether listening to music or streaming my shows I get good surround effects. The cushioning is also very comfortable. I can even wear my glasses along with them with comfort.

good budget quality headphones which are for my boys and are good for the age bracket there in overall light weight and comfortable only issue is the noise cancelling could be better,the sound quality is great clearno static like lesser quality sets have

This headset works awesome. I use it with my PC. The bluetooth set up was super easy. It's super durable too. The best part is the battery life. I've charged this headset twice since purchasing it back in September and I'm a pretty avid gamer.

Definitely the best bang for your buck these last like 2 days on a single charge and the superhuman hearing setting for fps games are so dope you can tell exactly where they are when they are walking around. Im definitely buying these again

Great value for an awesome price ! Bought my youngest son a pair of these ( he wanted some like his older brother ) They work as well as my oldest's & they were half the price !!! Amazing sound !!!
