I got these just to see if there would be a big difference. It’s only a small downgrade as far as feel and audio quality, and you can’t connect to your phone via BT which didn’t matter to me anyway. Good headset, good options, but not the best I’ve ever worn. I think you’ll get your moneys worth.

It squeezes my head a little more than I'd like, but I do have a big head. The voice monitoring is only available in PC mode; in Xbox mode it's using Xbox's software, which is not good. The flip-up mute is nice. Battery lasts a really long time, I go a few weeks before needing to charge it. The price is a little hard to justify; this is more of an $80 headset.

However, it was annoying to have to connect the USB to update the settings so I didn't get any talk-back. Would've given it 5 stars had the slide not broken the on the first one I bought less than a year in when placing it over my head.

Broken shaft snapped where ear phone slides for extra room, within a year of using near daily for a couple hours a night. Audio now cuts in and out where connection was damaged. Also note I have a normal sized head and don’t abuse my equipment by dropping or using abnormally.
