Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while. I can now use just the one headset rather than having different for different systems. Only downside is it's a bit tight on the head
