Not worth the money. Buyer beware!

Purchased this headset at the end of July and didn’t make it past 3 months of minimal use. I probably used this headset a dozen times and the adjustable ear section broke. I just slide the ear section out within its range and it snapped. I’ve seen reviews about this issue. I didn’t think it was this bad. I assumed wear and tear but not after 3 months.

Bad headset. Do not buy.

Adjusting the earphone the plastic slide snapped right at the base so I couldn’t even tape it back together. Passed the warranty period. Shouldn’t have to buy insurance on a brand new +$100 product. Shouldn’t break this easy. Don’t waste your money. The mic didn’t even sound good either.

Doesn't sync

An open-box bargain, but you get what you pay for

Sometimes the Bluetooth will disconnect for absolutely no reason and I'm less than 5 feet from the receiver plug at all times so I really don't know what to make of it.

Absolute waste of money, do not purchase

The expanding piece that allows the headset to be adjustable is brittle plastic that snapped upon putting my headphones on my head. There’s no reason a product can’t survive even 6 months. Do not buy this product. It is a waste of money.

Garbage

I had them for about a month before they completely snapped in half. It’s insane that they charge so much for something made from cheap plastic. Do yourself a favor and buy a headset made from steel. After these I went with the steel series and they’re amazing.

The headband snapped in half as I pulled it apart enough to put it on my head. This is the third turtle beach headset that has done this to me within a few months. Who knows of a headset that won't do this, this is embarrassing.
