    This is not just a simple flick of a switch to switch between one platform and another. The dongle has to be moved from one console to the next and the switch on the USB dongle needs to be set correctly depending on whether or not it is connected to an Xbox.

    Garbage! Don't waste your money. These headphones have completely preceded me from being able to speak to and hear teammates in online games. No way to update and no clear directions to fix it. Go with the 600's and save $30.

    Detects as a controller on two + player games.

    Just a heads up if you play team games like Madden or Baseball etc where you can play two players this headset counts as a controller. Not sure why the USB is detecting as a controller. So if you are playing madden you Will be player two all the time.

    After just over a month these headphones won't turn on or charge. Second pair in just over two months. Turtle Beach is going downhill. This is terrible, says I can't return them but hopefully I can exchange them.

    i purchased this headset for grandson as a xmas gift. the store was generous and mailed it to him at no charge. when gift was received there was something wrong with it and was returned to store for a credit.

    Garbage, sound slime you’re under water and everything echos around you when the mic isn’t flipped up. Spend the extra money and get the 700s

    Worst headset I have experienced it had a really weird noise on the left ear cup I tried doing everything but every was so bad the mic was worst and the volume didn’t have a limit worst headache set I’ve HAD.

      In regard to comfort; please know that due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

    headset was terrible for rainbow six siege and just any other game were you need to actually hear.

    The headpiece broke after only having it for one month. Then Best Buy would not allow me to trade or even return the broken product. Now I know why it was discounted.

    I have been using Turtle Beach headsets for years, as I love the comfort. The Stealth 600 Gen 2 Max is no exception, it is as comfortable, if not more so, than previous offerings from Turtle Bleach. That said, this headset is what I have been waiting for, a headset compatible with all of my gaming systems. Xboxs, PlayStations, Switch, and PC. This alone is reason enough to get this headset. I used to always have at least two, one for my Xbox and one for my PlayStation. The sound quality on these is excellent, as good as any headphones I have ever used, especially great for gaming, as the Dolby sound really helps you locate another player using just the sounds they make. Also, the mic is so easy to use. To mute it, simply slide it up. To start using it again, slide it back down. The Stealth Gen 2 Max headset is also supposed to have a 48 hour battery life. I am so impressed by this. My old headset had only about an 8 hour life, meaning if I ever forgot to charge it, I wasn't going to be able to use it the next day. I have yet to fully exhaust the battery in these, but I can say that they definitely work for more than 24 hours of use.
