Returned. While you could hear someone’s voice, they were unable to hear me. Should have read the reviews first. Best Buy customer service was poor as well. Very disappointed.

The dongle has to be moved from one console to the next and the switch on the USB dongle needs to be set correctly depending on whether or not it is connected to an Xbox.

These headphones have completely preceded me from being able to speak to and hear teammates in online games. No way to update and no clear directions to fix it. Go with the 600's and save $30.

Detects as a controller on two + player games.

Not sure why the USB is detecting as a controller. So if you are playing madden you Will be player two all the time.

Second pair in just over two months. Turtle Beach is going downhill. This is terrible, says I can't return them but hopefully I can exchange them.

In regard to comfort; please know that due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
