    What else is their to say about the the turtle beach stealth 600 that has not been said before. These are essentially the same as the gen 2. Same comfort level same construction pretty much same sound quality. Now this isn’t to say any of that is a negative, the sound is still really good. The comfort is still excellent, even if the ear cups leave a bit to be desired. Now the differences from the regular gen 2 really take the headphone to the next level. The first thing is the battery life offering a whopping 48 plus hour battery life, I have been using it with my consoles and pcs for several weeks in the evening and have not had to recharge yet. The fact that I can use it with pretty much any console and pc makes it Incredibly useful. I don’t have to have several headsets and can just use this one for everything. These are great headphones and if you are looking for a pair of headphones and have multiple consoles these are a great choice. The only knock I would give these is they do not have Bluetooth only wireless audio through the dongle, and no audio through aux either. Besides that they are great.

    I was excited this Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX Wireless Multiplatform Gaming Headset with my Xbox 360. It has been a nice addition to gameplay. I previously used a TB wired headset. The TB Stealth 600 G2 Max is a comfortable over-the-ear wireless headset. It pairs easily and sounds good. It has a built-in mic arm that folds down from the left earpiece. The mic arm is a little on the short side, and it is a rigid, hard plastic; but it works fine. It can be adjusted side to side, which was nice. The nice thing about the way the mic arm is designed is that you may not even notice it when it's not in use. The bad thing is that I have a long habit of bending my mic arm to position exactly where I want it, and while you can adjust vertical and horizonal, you cannot bed the hard plastic piece. Otherwise, this headset is great. I enjoy it and my teenage daughter really likes it. Sound is clear. Audio works well enough. And I LOVE not having a wire connecting the headset to the controller. It really makes gameplay more comfortable. These have been a terrific addition to our gaming arsenal.

    Purchased for my husband as a Christmas gift. Not even a month after use the earpiece to the side became loose and can no longer keep place.

    Excellent budget headset with great battery life

    This Stealth 600 Gen 2 MAX has been a great budget-oriented wireless gaming headset so far. Battery life is very impressive at around 40 hours. I listed to music all day while working for a couple days and the battery was still probably half charged. Sound quality is clear and crisp with an emphasis on base, like most gaming-focused headsets. The bass is strong but definitely not overly boomy or muddy. The microphone is convenient with the flip up to mute feature, and the voice quality is good for a headset in this price range. Wireless range is also impressive, as I was able to walk a couple rooms away from my PC and could still listen to my music clearly. The earpads are well padded, and I did not have any issues with all-day comfort while wearing these. Charging is fast and very convenient with a usb-c cable. I like seeing more and more companies going with ubc-c in their new products, as most people already have phone/laptop/tablet charges using usb-c cables. I really enjoy being able to use one cable for most/all of my devices.

    Mic didn’t work… painful exchange

    Mic didn’t work and despite all the troubleshooting turtle beach isn’t helpful and requires mail in exchange. Purchased the Microsoft headset instead.

    Broke in one day , thankfully I was able to exchange for the gen 2 700’s but they are just as bad

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users.
