    Cheaply made and connection issues

    I always had troubles getting these connected to my Xbox. I constantly had to turn them on and off to get the to work. After about 5 months, the plastic broke in half around the ear and they no longer stay on my head. If it wasnt for those issues, these would be a great headset.

    These sound fine but Turtle Beach builds are absolute garbage. Treated them amazingly and had two literally break at the ear cup juncture while just wearing them. Brand has gone down hill completely year over year. Avoid!!

    Volume Wheels dont work

    The headphones are fine im having a problem where the volume wheels dont work. I have to manually turn up the volume with my ps5, and Im stuck with the super annoying mic monitoring on. other than that its a good wireless headphones

      Thanks for you feedback. Please know that controlling/adjusting Game Volume and Chat Volume independently of one another would only be provided when the Stealth 600 GEN 2 MAX for Xbox was being used on an Xbox console with the headset's transmitter in Xbox mode.

      When the Stealth 600 GEN 2 MAX for Xbox's transmitter is in the USB Mode, and is being used with a PlayStation console, PC, or Nintendo Switch that is docked; there is no way to assign the Lower Volume Dial to Chat Audio. The Upper Dial will default to Master Volume (both game and chat audio) and the lower dial would default to Microphone Monitoring. This would also be applicable to the Stealth 600 GEN 2 MAX for PlayStation, whether it's transmitter is in USB mode or PC mode.

      NOTE: Please be aware that some games (ex. COD) will send their own in-game chat audio through the same path that they send their game audio through, which would result in your all audio being controlled by the Game Volume dial regardless of your Audio Hub settings. This would be a limitation of the game itself and not the headset.

      NOTE2: When the Stealth 600 GEN 2 MAX for Xbox's transmitter is placed in to USB mode, the headset's lower dial would default to controlling the volume level of the headset's Microphone. When the transmitter is in Xbox mode, the lower dial would default to controlling the volume of Chat Audio.

      All in all, there'd be no way to for the headset to provide you with the ability to adjust Game Volume and Chat Volume independently of one another on the PlayStation consoles. This is a result of the limitations related to the way the PlayStation platforms process the audio via USB, and is not related to the headset itself.

    Not worth the price

    Should off bought the warranty, and I could not remember why I didn't at the time of purchase. The warranty is about $60.00, that along should have been a red flag. So, I have mended my $122,00 purchase plus Taxes of course, with good old Duck Tape. The extensible head set arms worn out and break eventually since it is made out of plastic. The fact that the optional warranty its half the value of the product should tell you that it breaks quite a bit.

    Great audio and comfort as well as an amazing battery life until the other day when i just wouldn't turn on and wouldn't respond to charging or anything it broke about 5 weeks after purchase.

    Transmitter stops working

    Only reason I am giving these a 2 star is because when they work they are great. But after two months the transmitter all of sudden stops working. Im on my 2nd pair and are in the process of sending these back to the manufacturer as well. TB really needs to fix whatever bug the transmitter has to cause it to stop working so suddenly. And trying to update it on the TB hub doesn’t work

    Mic.broke. very unhappy

    Bought a pair around new years day, mic does not work anymore. I can get it to work for a few minutes if I slowly pull the mouth piece down and wiggle it. Clearly wires are not built to hold. This headset was nice untill it broke after 2 months of use.

    Broke Easy

    Bought back in June of 2022. This is a nice headset.....but, I was just recently adjusting them and the plastic snapped. No way to fix it, wish they were made stronger.

    Not the #1 Gaming Headset it clams to be

    Literally brought it pluged it in went into a party with my friends and they said it was way worse the the Astro A10 I had and that headset was amazing perfect sound quality…. With these headset I could hear my dog walking in the room behind me. Wound not recommend buy some Astros way better for the money

    Absolute garbage

    I've gone through 3 of these within 2 years... 2 of the older version and 1 of this newer version. The plastic is CHEAP! I take very good care of my headsets and every single one has the same problem. Simply putting on the headset will put enough stress on these things to eventually crack the plastic. DO NOT BUY! I'm done with Turtle Beach

    Mic has some serious issues

    First off let me start with the sound quality and noise cancellation is great but the sole reason for this purchase is to talk with friends while gaming. The mic only works half the time. You must turn it on and off constantly to get it to register and sometimes you have to reset the entire gaming system. When the mic does work the sensitivity is SO HIGH that other people can literally hear everything in your room and the next 3 over. There is NO SENSITIVITY setting. Again, no way to adjust sensitivity. Turtlebeach says you can change it on the app but will only allow you to change how loud you can hear yourself. A pointless setting. For 100$ I would recommend finding another headset.

The headset's microphone sensitivity is not adjustable (you may be referring to the Microphone Monitor feature, which is the level of your own voice being played back in the headset that is adjustable via the Audio Hub) However, what you described here in regard to your mic does not sound normal.     Won’t charge or stay on owned for one day

    Bought theses brand new charged them for 3 hours tried them and they shut off after like 6 seconds won’t charge any more or stay on , went through the Audio hub and updated to newest firmware no change do not recommend buying
