I can just say WOW when it comes to these bluetooth gaming headphones. They are super comfortable especially because they fit over my glasses. It is so hard to find bluetooth headphones that can get over my chunky glasses. They sync up perfectly with my PS4 after a few seconds and easy to set up. The sound is crystal clear that you can hear noises so clearly without any issues. Sounds are perfect and crisp. Battery life is way perfect for Bluetooth headphones. They are super lightweight so they don't pull on your hair. These are great for any gamer especially for gamers who chat alot. The chatrooms sound was clear and perfect without any crackling noises. Easy to use! High quality headset and had no major issues with them. I also love the fact that you can use it with a nitendeo switch or PC. Comfortable and great headphones for any game system you might have. I love that it doesnt bother my ears because of the super comfy cushion the headphones have. Clear sound and easy to adjust! It is made with high quality materials and last for 24 hours plus easy to charge!

Turtle Beach - Stealth 600 Gen 2 USB PS Wireless Amplified Headset
Summary:
Stylish and wireless headset for gaming quietly and privately.
Pros:
* Svelte design. The headset looks great. The form matches its function.
* Comfortable. The headset is comfortable and light weight. Normally, headsets can collect heat and can get tiresome to have on due to weight. Not these. They're comfortable enough to keep on for a good gaming session.
* Convenient microphone. The microphone boom raises and lowers. When lowered, the microphone is on. When raised, it is off.
* Plug and play. Plug the receiver dongle into the PS5 and you're done.
* Great sound quality. The audio on this unit is great. Audio feels spacial even though its stereo. Creepy when playing spooky games like Resident Evil.
Cons:
* Storage. I wish only that the headset could collapse into itself for easier storage.
Use:
I used these playing Destiny 2 in cooperative mode. It worked well and is a lot easier and more comfortable than our other headsets. Played Resident Evil 2 and the creepy bass from Mr. X stomping around can be felt. This means I can play with the volume up while the rest of the household is sleeping. Nice!

If you can get these on sale, absolutely go for it!
Let's start with what I like, the sound quality is pretty clear. When in game, the sound is immersive and pretty good. And if you're like me, and enjoy listening to music while you game, It's also perfect for music! The mic is also of good quality, when chatting my voice is clear and has little to no interference or static (verified from friends on the other end of the mic haha). There is a voice through feature that I wasn't aware of at first and I was super confused as to why I could hear my own mouth noises or breathing. However, after being pleasantly surprised with this feature, I greatly appreciate it. I share a gaming room with someone and it's relieving not having to say "Huh?" or "What?" every time they try to tell me something. A feature I never knew I needed I guess! And lastly, for the absolute best thing about this headset, it is compatible with PS5, Switch, and PC. I used to have a different headset for my PC and I actually did not have one for my Switch and these perfectly consolidated the role! They use a wireless USB receiver so you can easily swap to which ever system you have. This is honestly the biggest selling point for me.
Finally, I really only have one issue. After wearing the headset for a while, the top of my head gets sore where the top cushion is. My head is on the bigger side, so I guess this is for my big head crew haha. It's nothing major but definitely worth mentioning.
For the price range, I'd say the quality is up to snuff. Not completely breaking the bank and getting some pretty good headphones in return!

The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen2 USB for Playstation has to be the best gaming headset available in its price range. The first thing I noticed was how robust the build quality is of this headset. Not only that though it looks as good as it feels and the design is very impressive. It even has numbers with lines and notched-out sections on the headband so you do not have to guess where to adjust them to for your head once they are dialed in. You know in case someone else borrows your headset with a different size head. From the way they pivot in and out to conform to your head to the almost invisible mic boom when it is folded in. The mic boom automatically mutes when folded in which is a great feature and another attribute to the engineering put into this headset. All of the controls and the charging port are on the left side of the controller. First starting at the bottom is a USB-C charging port to bring things up to date. Then you have a slightly recessed power button which works very easily you just have to push it in until it clicks and you see the red light then you will hear it play a little tune and when the light turns blue you are connected. Then right above the power button is the equalizer mode button which is raised to differentiate itself from the power button. Another brilliant engineering idea. Then you have a simple mic-level scroll wheel and above it the volume wheel. Now on to in-game performance a place where more of the engineering efforts are apparent. The sound is crisp and clear and very well balanced with a good amount of low-frequency performance without overdoing it. Even the bass is crisp while the highs are not overdone either. They have managed to balance the sound to where you hear even the smallest details like footsteps and other details that give you an edge and an awareness of your surroundings that can help you succeed in your mission in first-person shooter games. Another stand out in performance is the mic which isolates very well and only picks up background noise minimally. This enables you to hear the person you are talking to and still hear what is going on around you without crossover noise. This makes a big difference in your ability to focus on the task at hand and blocks out distractions. Excellent sound quality even when compared to headphones I have that are 3x the cost. Serious attention to detail throughout these headphones has not gone unnoticed. I feel like they will be a best seller in this price range and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Best Bang for your Buck Wireless Headset

The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 Wireless headset for Ps5/PC is one of the best wireless headsets you can get for the price. Great sound and with a decent mic. I mostly play FPS shooters and could hear footsteps clearly from around the corners. The dedicated volume and mic scrolls on the ear cup are nice and easy to use while in game. The retractable mic is perfect in that you just flip it up to mute and its able to turn in so it's closer for you to speak into it. My only real complaint about the product is that you have to download the Turtle Beach software in order to use it on you Playstation 5 because it needs a firmware update for your Playstation 5 to recognize it. The manual that comes with it clearly states it but just assumed it was plug and play. This could be difficult for younger kids who get this and might only have a phone or Ipad. That being said updating it was really easy once you downloaded the software and click the update button. Once updated its just plug in the USB receiver and you're good to go on your PS5 and PC. So over all this is a good pair of wireless headphones that I would recommend who wants an immersive gaming experience.

This headset was the first major headset I’ve ever bought and for an affordable price it doesn’t get much better than this. The battery life is amazing and I almost never have to charge it and even if you do it can still be used while charging which is a great feature. Very easy to use with a plug in usb which automatically syncs to the headset, also my girlfriend also bought the same headset and we play side by side with no interference from the other headset. Sounds is great and can here the enemies sneaking up very easily. I’ve dropped it a couple times and hasn’t broke on me yet which shows how durable it is. 10 out of 10 stars.

Good headset for those with big heads (or glasses)

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.
I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 Gen 2 headset. The wireless headset works via a USB dongle for the Playstation 4, the Nintendo Switch, and of course, PC. This headset is checks off a lot of the checkboxes that you should look for in a gaming headset. It's very good overall with a nice white aesthetic, a good mic, and relatively comfortable fit for those with larger heads (or those who wear glasses).
Now mind you, I'm usually a wired-everything type of device when I'm serious about something. I'm coming in from an era of the great twitch shooters such as Quake, CS 1.6, Unreal, and Tribes. You want to minimize any possible disadvantages that could be introduced such as latency and that usually means no wireless mouse, keyboard, or headset. Furthermore, I've had many teammates cost us a match as they drop out in the middle of a match because they either forgot to swap out a battery or recharge. In gaming marathons, their wireless devices just couldn't hold up for the onslaught of titles we played. Well let me tell you: the box and manual claim that this device boasts an astounding 24 hours of playtime per match. This is honestly surprising because I looked this model up on the company's website and as far as I could tell, it supposedly is only 16 hours. Somehow they eked out an extra 8 hours out of the darn thing. It's been a while since I've done a gaming marathon so I can't quite tell if it is hitting 24 hours before dying, but this is really up there in terms of battery life.
Now for the audio: the audio responsiveness has no discernable lag behind any of the heavy action that was happening on screen. The mic set up is a big step up from what I had before. Let's just say that this is miles better and the features that the Stealth 600 has over my other wired headset make it the defacto headset to use for the future. I really like that I can swing the mic stick up to deactivate the mic or bring it down and it automatically enables it. Bringing it down to chatting also enables this interesting feature sort of like when you have active noise cancellation enabled for other brands earbuds so you can hear your surroundings better. This makes it so you can hear your own voice. This is particularly important so you don't make a fool of yourself as by unintentionally raising your voice louder to hear yourself better. By being able to also hear your surroundings better, you can still know when someone is trying to talk to you. The mic snaps satisfyingly into place when not in use, secure and easily accessible if you want to make use of it later. I was able to walk around to the kitchen and hear things and use the mic clearly while a game was still in lobby. I'd estimate maybe 25 feet from living room to kitchen area.
The headset boasts that it is designed for maximum comfort. I can say that with my big old melon head (seriously, I have to pick the biggest caps) AND wearing glasses, the headset is comfortable enough for the first three to four hours. I played with it through the Midwest summers and it surprisingly doesn't play hot. Any more than that though, I definitely have to take them off. And while the design of headset band it is a little more rounded to give some room for arms on glasses to slide through, for me, they were a little stiff and I could only hold it in one position. Maybe I just haven't "broken them in" so to speak, though I haven't had to do this with my other three headsets. The build quality is not flimsy, it feels solid. The only thing that could be worrying is if the mic were extended and somehow the headset got knocked off my face and it lands awkwardly, it could snap. But luckily since there's no wires, it's not like someone is going to trip or have it yanked with my controller. What I also like is that the physical volume adjustments for both the audio and the voice is done via wheels on the back of the left side of the headset. The top one is for the audio and the bottom one is for the mic. The wheels allows you to quickly scroll through to make adjustments in game, rather than having to hit a button repeatedly to get it to what you want. There's also some sound presets that the headset offers, but for the most part I kept it as the default as I wanted to give a review of what most people would be playing this on.
So how's the sound quality stack up? Well... what I usually run is a 5.1 home theater, or when the SO doesn't want to hear all the explosions and crashes going on and its late at night, I use a wired headset into the controller. The Turtle Beach Stealth 600 headset satisfies the latter use-case scenario in that I can get an approximate idea of where steps or gunfire may be coming from, but it can't quite measure up to a dedicated sound system. I'll be brutally honest and say that in my single player session of Control: Ultimate Edition (fantastic game by the way), the gunshots of the "minigun" sounded like little beads hitting against a tin can when I was using the headset. I tried adjusting the sound in the game settings to Headset, but that didn't change the sound itself. The voice is clear, the powers and explosions sound acceptable, but the materialized bullets didn't quite sound right. In COD, the shots sounded fine there, but the again, the explosions couldn't match what my subwoofer could put out. The audio quality is more than adequate and is a reasonable trade-off.
I do have some nitpickings about this though.
1. When the USB receiver is plugged into the console system, but the headset is off, the console isn't smart enough to realize that it should be sending audio out to the home theater system. I like to be lazy, but you'll have to get up and unplug the receiver when you don't want to use the headset (like say, after 4 hours when my ears hurt).
2. Another annoying thing is that when the headset connects to the USB receiver, it boots up with a very LOUD notification to let you know it has connected. This happens every single time if the headset has been powered off. It doesn't remember what your wheel's volume was set to, so I've resorted to just having the headset around my neck when I first start it up so my poor ears do not have to suffer. After it has finished pairing, I'll have to rotate the wheel up and then back down to have it set to the level I prefer playing at since it doesn't seem to remember the scale of what the volume is. If I set the volume to the middle, say, 5, then turn it off and then turn it back on, it'll think that 5 is the max and set it to be the loudest as can be until I slide that wheel up to 10 and back down again. Note that the numbers I used were purely for reference, the wheels don't have any number indicators on them, you just feel/hear the clicks as you scroll through the wheels.
For the record, I checked to see if either of those issues could have been resolved as a driver update as the manual even says to first check the website to get the latest drivers (you have to install their Turtle Beach Hub to on your PC and connect your headset via USB to check for firmware updates) — but it turns out there aren't any updates available. The first issue may be a limitation of the console and not being a first party headset as I believe the PS3 was able to know if their official headset was turned off and redirect audio back to TV/home theater.
Summary:
Pros: comfortable, good range, great battery life, build quality, mic features, decent sound, responsive audio with no lag.
Cons: after 4 hours, it may get uncomfortable, loud startup, and sound level resets

So these are a good starter headset for all gamers/streamers. They are affordable and they give good sound quality. Soft over the ear padding. There are times when the headphones get tricky with a lag but it might just be my pair. It will turn on but then stall a randomly before it connects to my ps5. Its my first pair and I’m assuming this is typical. Gave it a five because of sound quality and comfort.

I’ve had these for a little over a year and I can say that these are perfect. The price point is awesome for those just getting started with gaming. They are very durable, the battery lasts a long time and you get different sound modes that all tie into what the headset offers you. The sound modes are presets that turtle beach has in order to get the full gaming experience in many different ways. I recommend these and would never say anything bad about them!

I was pleasantly surprised by this headset. They're lightweight, have good padding both at the crown of the head and ear-cups, more-so than other's I've tried. Sound-wise it has plenty of bass if you want it, and it's easy to reach for the dials that control speaker and mic volume. I'm using it with a PS5 with 3D audio (since these are compatible). If you're used to playing on a TV with standard audio, 3D audio blows it out of the water and could be a reason to give these a try by itself. It can be subtle difference from stereo at times, but I find it brings forward more of the immersive background sounds in each game, which is really great. They also connect instantly to a PS5 via their dongle, so very easy to use.
Another aspect of the design on these is the discrete, fold-down mic. It's intuitive and turns on upon dropping it down, and I like that it completely disappears into the ear cup's design when not in use. Perfect for my play style, I don't always want or use a mic when playing and I don't want it in the way.
Some nit-picks with the design... I wish they didn't have a glossy finish on the blue accents. They are just plastic and the glossy surface can scuff and look more cheap than I'd like. I hope they consider a matte finish or different material here on a future model. The ear cups are also more of a soft mesh fabric. If you wear hair gel/product, these may need to be cleaned more often, but they do have the benefit of being more breathable than a faux-leather, and are well padded for comfort as I mentioned before. On a final point, I would also prefer the option to connect without the dongle and be able to keep ports free. But those things aside, this headset is great!
I received this product as part of a review program, in exchange for an honest review.

Lacking in comfort and ability..

I've used many headsets and these are among the worst ive used..
First I want to address the fact that I could not step even a few paces away from my playstation OR computer with these before it started crackling audio. I tried two different rooms in my house (one with no other devices in it) and both had the same issue. The manuals claim 30 feet but i'd be hard pressed to get 10 honestly. That said if you're gaming when do you actually walk away and continue use? Just keep that in mind here if that will be an issue.
The ear pads are extremely uncomfortable and of a swimsuit like material. They are scratchy and very loud when they move on your face/ears. For this reason alone they just are not comfortable for long periods of time. The holes for ears are on the small side and I don't usually have that issue on any headphones. They do a great job of noise rejection but that also means they hold a lot of heat.
The headband squeezes your head a lot. When you use a headset sometimes the ear cups move to the natural head position and sometimes they don't, these ones do not. They make the V shape and squeeze your cheeks and head. Granted they do end up loosening up over time to your contour given the plastic build quality it doesn't really do the trick. The pho leather on the top is however comfortable on top of the head at least but i feel the material will degrade with oils.
The mic has no noise suppression outside of playstation use. What that means is if you use this on PC or Switch as advertised that you have essentially a raw mic. Good example here is when I was using these my fortnite party could hear an airplane passing my house over my mic and we were laughing about it. Granted you get good audio quality in terms of a wireless headset as most of the time the mic is very poor this at least does a good job it's just that the lack of sound suppression which is most likely because playstation has this built in and when you use them with it sounds much much better. Just take note of this if you want to swap between stuff.
The build is extremely plastic and cheap feeling. All I can really say about it honestly because some feel quality and some do not. This feels more like a toy than a gaming peripheral which is unfortunate.
They look the part for sure but adjusting the plastic headband and putting on a cheap feeling ear pad just does not inspire confidence that this is something that will be good long term.
Those things said if you can get over all that and maybe you are younger and have a smaller head/ears you will find this headset passable. The hard stops on the dials for sound and mic volume are actually really good. Nice tactile buttons and flip to mute are great features! The dongle is small if that matters to you and does not include any physical switch like other turtle beach sets.
The sound quality is lacking low end compared to others. It's got a great midrange and you can hear footsteps alright because of this but the sound stage is fairly poor even with the surround option on the ps5 it just sounds like an artificial sound stage rather than what is intended here.
I think for the money this is on the budget side for a wireless pair but you also get all the shortcomings of a budget wireless headset at the same time. It's passable for a child but if you're any bit into long gaming sessions and quality this headset isn't for you and I suggest looking into one of the more expensive models where you just get more for your money.

Thanks for your feedback Manny! As a heads up; we get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
With that being said, our team would be happy to look in to what you described about the connectivity & microphone. They can be contacted directly via their Contact Form on the main Turtle Beach website.
Thank you kindly!

So far these headphones are exactly what I was looking for. Low latency (haven't noticed any yet at least), comfortable, and have great sound. The battery lasts around 8 hours or so of gameplay, could be better, could be worse. They seem to charge pretty quickly too. The instructions were a little vague on getting them connected, it does not tell you that if the mic is up (not active) the dongle flashes as if the device is not connected, so keep that in mind when connecting for the first time. Overall, would recommend.
