Would not recommend getting these, they work okay at the beginning. After a few time use they begin to fail connecting. Also the mic to sensitive that the mic has an adjust that it doesn’t stay in place.

When my son opened the box, the headset inside was used and dirty. I was disappointed and frustrated that my 10 yr old had to open this on Christmas morning. How do you explain a used item from Santa. I’m so upset. This was bad customer service from either Best Buy or Turtle for not checking their stocked items to make sure the items are new and not tampered with. I will be returning to store.

Very disappointed, there is always interference, battery doesn't hold charge for more than 40 mins ... definitely not worth it

Im enjoying these headsets, a bit of a downside is the battery life. With full charge you get like 6 to 8 hours of use. It has very good sound quality. The headset itself looks very nice. And comfortable too. Since its wireless connectivity, it isnt a hassle trying to connect. Its fairly simple and fast. If your interested from switching to a new headset and never tried Turtle Beach, you should definitely buy these. Its worth the purchase.

I have had these for well over a year and they still are perfect. They are comfortable and the sound is great. The mic is also very responsive. Easy to adjust the levels of the headset on the back of the left ear. Overall phenomenal headset. Has given me zero issues with my PS5.

Wireless headset?? If you are looking for wireless headset turtle beach 600 would be top recommendation. The headset is convenient and for the price I would say it’s reasonable. I like the fact you can change party chat and game settings volume. To mute yourself you just fold the mic up.

Best pair wireless headset ever, battery last long, volume is great, mic is amazing and adjustable, controls are easy to use, very simple to connect to your console, fast connection via bluetooth. Still in great condition after using weekly .

So i am not an avid gamer. But was told this was the brand to get. I have tried it out over the past 2 months and can say that I am impressed with it. The headset sits comfortably on my head for long gaming and chat sessions with friends. The lifespan of the headset is amazing as well. I probably get 12-16 hours of use between charges. The instructions recommend to charge after every use. I have not and those working hours are over a span of 2 weeks. The option to mute the mic by folding it up is probably my most favorite feature. I am able to stay in the loop of the game/conversation while I go grab a bite to eat or answer the door. The range I haven’t really tested out quite extensively but there is no static or lag in audio when going down/upstairs.

The sound quality of these are excellent. I have no complaints in that area, besides taking up a usb spot on my ps4 the only complaint I have is that they seem to connect soon as I turn my ps4 on even without them being powers on, so if you don’t wanna always use them you have to make adjustments in settings. Besides that they feel very comfortable and I like that I can control game and chat volume directly from the headset. They are worth the $100 price tag and the battery seems to last all day, I’ve only charged them once or twice in the two weeks I’ve had them.

These are nice. Very durable and reasonably priced. Would definitely buy again.

So these definitely are a pretty solid addition to my husband's gaming set. They still have quite a few issues that sort of made them where we could take em or leave em. I always leave pros and cons to keep it simple so here ya go: - glasses friendly [it has a space for glasses!] -the superhumam hearing is true; so incredibly life-like - Cons: -takes forever to connect and doesn't stay connectes for long - it doesn't automatically reconnect -- I have to physically remove and connect the dangle each time - if you want to switch back to tv audio it doesnt happen automatically when you turn these off. You have to either go in the settings and set it to chat only, or just get up and reboot the dongle again - the material feels a bit on the cheap side If these things aren't too much of headache for you then this headset is definitely a thumbs up.

Excellent headset for the price. The audio quality is great but I do wish the bass was a big higher. I was concerned about the comfort as I do wear glasses but the are glasses friendly as advertised and I can wear them for hours without issue. Only thing I wish they had was a audio jack so I could use them with other devices like my PC or phone but not a big deal overall as I mainly got them for the PS5 3D audio.

I bought these for my wife, who like me, picked up on gaming a lot during the pandemic. The headset has really good audio quality and is comfortable for her to wear. This would be a 5 star review if it weren't for the intermittent signal issues between the headset and the USB transmitter. I'm not sure what causes these issues as the PS4 is only about 15 ft away from our couch. Otherwise, these are pretty solid.

Big upgrade from my Turtle Beach 50P. Although the 50P was still good for it’s price and doesn’t require any charging, it feels better without the wires. With the different modes of equalizers and quality of speakers, it was a major upgrade for me. This one beats my brother’s Plantronics 500 RIG PRO by far. The quality of the headset is great and the foam has a nice texture and feeling. One thing I do like is that I can still hear my phone if I’m listening to music with the headset on. With my old one, it was like wearing a hearing pro.

Great sound, long lasting battery, and I can move a really good distance from my gaming console with no loss of signal (at least 100 ft.). This would have gotten a 5 star review except that often it doesn't want to make the initial connection and I have to turn it off and on a few times before it will. But after it connects, it's awesome!

Sounds good, gets loud, has great battery life, and has individual mic and master volume controls. I especially like the way you mute the mic by just flipping it up a little. Worth the money if you're serious about gaming. The only downfall, which is why I didn't rate it 5 stars, is that the range is weak and sometimes it takes a minute to connect if you're more than 5 feet away from the sensor.

sound quality is good and at first they weren't all the comfortable but they have molded themselves to my head and I can wear them for hours comfortably. The mic works well and all the controls are easily accessible with the left hand behind the headset. Only thing I am not thrilled with is the initial pairing between the headset and the USB plug but have learned that if you keep the 2 devices close when they first turn on that they pair much faster and then it works great after that. I even leave the headphones on while I'm walking around the house and have never missed hearing a thing.

These were better before the Gen 2 upgrade. The plastic around the headset breaks to easily. My favorites about the headset are audio, comfort and battery life it seems like I didn’t charge this set for three days. They were my favorite pair before the upgrade I mean the different controls for audio and the mic for the cost was not half bad!

Outstanding sound quality - much better than just using tv speakers. Even if you don’t talk in mic it boosts what you hear for in-game experience. Battery has great duration. Headphones themselves are very comfortable fit and can be worn for long periods without issue. Has nice option to flip mic up to act as a mute feature. Easy volume adjustment on headphone casing.
