I decided to get a wireless headset to go with my One X. I bought this because I didn't want to spend too much money. I really like not having a wire connected to my controller. Individually adjusting the separate game and chat volumes is much easier compared to my old wired headset. Having said that, the audio cuts out/breaks up roughly 40% of the time during use. The microphone does the same thing about 30% of the time. Makes it difficult to play in a group.

As stated it isn’t a bad headset. The plastic near the ears are a bit flimsy and get wear and tear the more you bend them.

Its good for a starter wireless headset. After a while, I heard static from the headset and the charge didn't last as long.

The on headphone adjustments are either too low or too high. There's no in between. Also the mic placement is too close to the face.

This headset is amazing. My husband has used it almost everyday for over a year, it still looks and sounds brand new. His favorite feature is that it is wireless and syncs to the console easily. You can flip the mic up to mute yourself. The only issue I have is when you flip it, it makes a somewhat loud beep pausing the in-game noise for just a second, but since it's only for a second it doesn't bother my husband. He actually likes the tone of it, I just wish it didn't pause the other sounds and was a little more quite. Overall the sound quality is good. The headset has five different modes, but the super human is my husband's favorite. He doesn't get a crisp sound with the other modes. The mic is good, we've never had an issue with it. The headset adjusts to different size heads. Both my husband and I use this and it adjusts to both of our heads perfectly. My husband likes that the volume controls are on the back of the headset since he can easily cup his hand around the earmuff and use his thumb to change the volume. The headband is comfortable, but it would be nice if it fit around the ears better. My husband's only issue with this headset is it doesn't cancel out noises very well. It is very durable, it has been dropped numerous times throughout the year and still works great. The battery life is pretty good and charges fast.  I like that it uses a standard USB cable, instead of it taking a different type of cable to charge it.

Last pair of Turtle Beach headsets, I will ever buy. The quality was not worth the $100 price tag. Also, it already started to cut out audio in just 3 months of using them. I take good care of my products, I don't rage with them, or toss them around. It just couldn't handle everyday gaming. I would spend my money on another brand for the price ..........Or just save up for a better one. (better choice)

These are great headphones, however they break easily. I’d recommend getting the insurance as it does tend to overheat easily

Not a big fan of these, returned for a pair of Astro a20’s. Turtle beaches felt extremely cheap, not very comfortable. Look elsewhere

Sound quality is great. Build quality is suspect. Plastic rings that hold the headphones to the headband are plastic and snapped during normal use allowing the headphone to separate from the headband. Not a good design for $100 headphones if they fail after several months.
