Grateful for Best Buy warranty but was not in stock in Las Vegas so we had to wait for one to be shipped. Also Best Buy rep tried to charge me for a replacement while item was still under warranty & item was Purchased less than a month

If you use this headset every day try and go for a metal headband type headset like Hyper X. Bought this headset less than a year ago, and the plastic connector between the headband and earpiece broke.

It started doing that a month or two after I bought it.
