Way too quiet, i could barely hea4 anything at all with them

Horrible the mic does not work. Purchase two of two both times the microphone has not worked the second time it works every five times I use it won’t connect automatically very disappointed

Sound gets distorted frequently and rotating ear pieces began breaking plastic within 2 weeks, eventually they rotated 360 degrees. I am guessing that the pandemic made it impossible to contact customer support, I gave up after 4 failed attempts to reach by phone and email. I definitely do not recommend for someone that will use these often, they will I feel like this has been an absolute waste of money for wireless headphones. I feel like they may have been worth $40 at best. This is the bottom of the barrel headset as far as wireless USB charging headsets go. Spend an extra $30 on another brand.

The range sucks. Sound distortion happens often. This is an average headset at best. The fit is ok and ear cushions aren't bad. Frame seems durable. The microphone is on a fixed swivel and you can't adjust its position beyond that.

My son has been using them forn8 months and now the sound and mic are intermittent. He has tried to power cycle his Xbox and headset but still not working right. Thinking about turing in for warranty claim.

They worked really good for the first 6 months or so then the sound would start to cut out of and on in the middle of any game/ show. Would not recommend getting this set get the 700 series.

poor sound quality not worth the money. if you want to know what direction the sound is coming from it is not the headset you want. I learned how to repair my elite 800 to get rid of this pair.

Bought this brand new and once I start using it my friends say to fix my microphone cause it’s buzzing! Haha wow! So now I have to turn it off and turn it back on just for the buzzing to stop. Don’t waste your money on these.

Bought this on 10 February 2020; it worked well for about a month keeping it's battery charge. Now we have to keep it on charge for 24 hours to get more than a couple hours of use out of it.

My son games about 8 hours a week, and this thing died in just a year. I shoulda sprung out for the warranty on this. Fairly priced, but cover yourself with warranty.

Lots of noise and breakup. Not very loud and takes forever to charge. Hard to return - Best Buy customer service was awful.

Complete crap not loud enough buttons hard to push operation is difficult not made easy would never buy these again.

Broken less than 6 months later. This one was a replacement for the previous model that the sound stopped working on. Buy the warranty!

I had a really hard time with sound. It was really hard to hear footsteps in black ops and other similar games I was not impressed at all with gaming sound quality.

Started off being a very sensitive mic, able to pick up everything in the room then started to hear change in octaves when playing a game with music. Had to return

I used to love turtle beach but the sound quality and volume have declined drastically. I also wasn’t comfortable when wearing this headset.

Setting up microphone should have been easier, had to go to chat function to plough through multiple settings to get microphone working.
