To much bass it over-rides the other sounds. I love bass but these have to much

They are very nice headphones they are nice to listen to

The audio to this was something I wasn’t expecting I would’ve thought the audio would be better but it’s not really good. After a month of having it the headphones start to make a squeaking noise when adjusting the headphones. Was trying to take it back but it’s already past my 30 day return. :/

The quality of the audio wasnt goood had a hard time connecting it to my xbox

the audio on this headset cuts out constantly. The audio is also warped and sounds like a VHS tape. I've tried troubleshooting with Turtle Beach but they have no solution... I am returning this headset as it is either defective or simply not good.

Had problem with sound fading in and out. Also microphone quit muting.

Had to return headset after a week use. Started to delay the sound.

Not too bad for the asking price, but definitely not top quality.

I use this for my xbox. Great headset, reliability, sound, and battery life. It truly is noise canceling for i cant hear when people are talking around me lol

if I knew then what I know now I would have never purchased this item. no matter how close to your gaming system you sit this item never kept a good connection. was continually losing wireless connection.

Poor sound and lose wires. Not worth it poor quality

broke within 2 weeks. you have to pull them outward to fit them around your head. my head isn't even particularly big. when you pull them outward the cheap plastic snaps near where the headphones connect to the earphone.

Bought this as a birthday present and found out a couple weeks after purchase that the headset doesn’t work properly. When talking into it, it doesn’t show on screens nor can others hear me, however others can be heard.

Me and my friend both got a pair around Christmas and have been experiencing our mics going static on the other end when superhuman is on and the mic echos a lot when we are in a party instead of game chat. 10/10 would not recommend this

Horrible headset. Purchased two of these and both broke. Manufacturer did send replacement and stopped working 4 weeks later. Moved on to hyper x headset and no issues so far.

These headphones hurt my head when wearing for longer than an hour and the audio sometimes clips and glitches for seemingly no reason. I've done the updates and I bought it new, but it still has these issues.

This is the 2nd set purchased and after a year they crap out and will not charge any longer. tried to get another cable but still not able to charge. Would not recommend..

This headset is SO quiet. It’s pretty ridiculous. There’s an option for “superhuman hearing”, but then you sacrifice any quality. Not worth the money. Would never recommend.

Audio sounds cheap and I have to shout just to be heard/picked up by the microphone. I have already adjusted the settings through their turtle Beach hub and nothing inproves. Very unsatisfied

Not even six months and I’m having a problem with them can’t hear the party n they already cracked where the ear piece is?? Can I get a refund or a new pair?
