    Ive had this headset before when I had my PS5 and i loved it. I loved that i could be connected to 2 deviced at the same time with one headset. I upgraded to Xbox bought the same headset made specifically for the Xbox (but has the option for PlayStation as well or PC). I dont know what went down with their technology since then, but the headset only connects when it wants to. The Chat volume and streaming audio barely ever works. Ive had to hard reset this thing almost every time i turn it on just for it to work correctly. Ive never turned on this headset and it work properly the first time. Save yourself the money on this dollar store headset.

    Get the Stealth 600 Gen 2

    Never had so many connectivity issues with a bluetooth headset in my life. Constantly having to turn the headset off and back on because it won't connect to my Xbox is very annoying. My girlfriend has the 600 Gen 2 and has none of the issues I gave with the 700 Gen 2.

    not what i was expecting, volume is overall low and it did not sound that good in my opinion, totally dissapoited

    Very Fragile Headset

    i originally purchased the 600 headset. that headband broke. then i got the 700 gen 1 and it had a power problem. now i have the 700 gen 2. they only lasted 7 months and the earcup is separating from the headband. I'm headed back to Bestbuy to replace another set. FRUSTRATING! they sound great, but are fragile!! buyer beware.

    Great headset, love the feature where you can change the chat volume seperate from the game volume so you can tune out the annoying squeaker teammates while being able to hear the enemies camping with meta snipers that one shot you from across the map while thinking their top notch streamers when reality is their trash, snipers are trash.

    Sounds good when it works.. battery life is great.. not very comfortable..app not so good...sound mix doesn't stay where you set it and it disconnects a lot... returned them after a week

    Mine was defective out the box. No volume control, always at Max loud. Did everything TB recommended on their forums page (update firmware, hard resets, change settings int heir app, nothing. it's telling int he Reddit forums whenever someone mentions volume control issues (stuck on Max or Min sound), TB always has the same corporate response without offering a fix or soltuion. Looks like there's defective batches out here and luck of the draw if you get one.

    Why waste your money

    I have NEVER felt the need to make a review before and I created an account here just to throw one out. This is the worst headset Ive seen from turtle beach. Not only will the audio constantly fluctuate with an inconsistance volume scroller, but the thing will just shut off randomly. It takes two power ups to keep it running and they claim this was fixed by an update. Thats great if you could actually update it. The update button is unresponsive on their app. Done playing on your console? Thats too bad because this headset will turn your console back on randomly. All thanks to their new and backward thinking usb plan which also leaves constant connection issues. Im so tired of having to play with the volume each time this headset is powered on. They got two stars and not one because the headset could acrually be great if not for all these issues. When it works it works but thats a fat chance. Buy at your own risk and keep the reciept on standby.

    Gone thru 4 in 3 years, no more

    First 2 were not durable at all, both breaking at the rotating point above both ear pieces. The 3rd one just stopped connecting to it's usb bluetooth adapter completely. I keep it updated when a new one comes out, but it justbstopped working. The 4th one i have had for 4 months and the volume is wearing out like a 20 year old car stock stereo. No matter what audio settings i use for the headset, i have to have the volume cranked all the way up with the super human hearing to be able to kinda hear anything, whether it is my ps5, pc, or my phone. I have been exclusively using Turtle Neaches for 14 years, but honestly every model gets cheaper and cheaper, or I am literally just that unlucky. But honestly I don't think I could pull the shortest straw everytime, sp they are just not worth it anymore at all.

    I have not used my headset yet. I ordered 2, one for me the other for my 4 yr old grandson. He loves his and it’s working fine. Hopefully I will use mine soon.

    Transmitter is crap

    It's perfect! My only complaint is that I have had to replace the transmitter three times from Turtle Beach since I bought this mic. At this point, I'm wasting more money than I would have when I was still using my old Stealth 600 Gen 2.

    Okay headset but not for MSRP

    Okay headset feel like it’s overpriced based on sound quality alone. The features it has are okay at best nothing worthwhile. You can adjust the EQ and threshold of the mic via the phone app and active superhuman hearing which sounded out just made it more echo I felt like. For the price I expected something way better. I had the Astro A50 for the PS5 and had to replace it and this was the only one in stock so gave it a shot. Definitely returning these the audio isn’t as clear and doesn’t offer split audio as the A50. Meaning game and audio chat are on the same volume level instead of individual. But this is by far the simplest headset I have ever paired all you do is plug the USB stick to the PS and done.
