    Man, the stealth 600’s were fantastic but mine broke after 3 years. So I bought the stealth 700’s and had have nothing but disconnects. Can’t go 5 minutes without this headset disconnecting from my series x. Thought it was firmware but it’s up to date. Turtle Beach used to be on top but now they’ve hit the bottom low. Avoid this headset as I believe support and updates have been discontinued. I’ve had this headset for a year and haven’t touched it til a week ago thinking the firmware updates would iron out the flaws but turns out no new firmware updates in a whole year. Avoid this headset!

    Decent headset, need a PC connection

    Bought the headset cause seemed really good. Started out loving it, but discovered you have to have a laptop to be able to update it. Have a tablet PC, but that doesn't allow me to update it and it's gotten to the point where it will just randomly shut off or just not work properly.

    Only worked when it wanted

    The sound was phenomenal when it worked, but using a PS4 pro, there was a lot of static. I tried using the USB wireless adapter on the back as well, and it did not work. I updated the software on the headset on the computer. It did not work. I updated the software on the app on the phone it did not work. There was also an issue, where the game chat audio and the game audio with a link together, and cannot be separated regardless of the instructions provided by turtle beach and PlayStation. For $200 my Bose headphones did better than this don’t buy it.

      In regard to the separate game and chat audio; there'd be no way to for the headset to provide you with independent game and chat controls on the PlayStation consoles. This is a result of the limitations related to the way those platforms process the audio via USB, and is not related to the headset itself.

      However, please allow our Support Team to assist you with the static that you made mention of as that could be a sign of RF interference from other devices within your set up. Our Support Team would be happy to assist you in getting that cleared up and provide further assistance if necessary under the warranty our headsets are sold with.     The dongle is ridiculously sensitive.

    If you get it dont so much as breathe on your dongle/reciever that goes onto your xbox. I have been having consistent problems where the mini usb wont stay on even though I rarely touch it if ever. Basically renders the whole headset useless

    Bad quality and very bad policy from the store

    Bought this item and stopped working two weeks and a half after I bought it then went to the store to try and get an exchange and they said oh we have a 15 day return policy very cheap item and not very pleased about after having something for 17 days the store can’t do anything to exchange or refund item

    Don't buy from Turtle Beach. Go to anyone else

    Don't buy from this company. You'd think you are getting a good pair of headphones for the price that you pay but you aren't. I've been through two of them in about 2 years and they keep breaking on me. I've spoken with their customer support and they don't want to do anything anymore. Go buy headsets from any other company and im sure they will last a lot longer and you won't have to wait weeks for replacements or to not have them replaced at all. I basically have a paperweight now.

    Ps5 turtle beach headset

    I have two pairs off these and both have been returned first one was a refurbished unit two days later they stopped working completely no power to the unit took back though maybe i will just buy new 4 months in to having them and same problem went to go use them again no power like come on al that money for them to fail no more turtle beach

    Crackling audio right out of the box.

    Crackling right out of the box. I looked up "why is my Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen2 max wireless headset crackling?" and was greeted with dozens of posts and reviews of the same issue. Apparently the "fix" is to download the TB App on PC then run a repair tool. For the price I paid I'm not doing any of that. If I wanted to mess with firmware updates I'd buy a cheep set off wish. These are being returned to the store immediately.

    The head band will fail

    GARBAGE

    Annoying and poorly made. The plastic snapped on the left where the head strap attaches to the earphone. This is where the tension acts to hold the headset your head. I had this headset for 6 months. Along the path to it being physically destroyed i had constant software issues and you can only control the headset through an app on your phone. Not ideal. Dont buy these.

    Ehhh maybe?

    The headset powers off immediately 1/7 times. Bluetooth connectivity is garbage. The main reason I got this was to support dual connections. It needs to be power cycled to get a good connection to the usb, on ps5, otherwise it's very quiet. Windows support is lacking.

    HORRIBLE SOUND FOR PS5

    I’ll keep it simple. These sound awful with the ps5, the mobile app for the features could be way better. Returned within 24 hours. GO WITH THE 3d pulses, or steel series 7p. Way to expensive for a bad sounding headphone.

    Constantly turns off on its own

      In order to conserve battery life, your headset will power off after no audio is played through it for 10 consecutive minutes. This is a fixed feature and cannot be adjusted.
