    Cheap plastic will break easily

    Audio was fine for me, but I should have read the reviews about these headsets before I bought one. The cheap plastic can't handle the flexing of putting them on/taking them off your head. My head band snapped after about a month of use. I have totaltech, so it was easy to get my money back, and I put that toward a much higher quality headset with a metal head band.
