These are one of the greatest sets of headsets I’ve ever had. The ability to listen to music through Bluetooth while playing your favorite games. Sound quality is amazing and battery life is off the charts with over 40 hours of life!

Cushion breakin after few days but its not needed because they’re comfortable straight out of the box. They definitely addresses complaints of the previous version. Got it $119 black friday early pricing. Been using 2 weeks and no issues. Will update if some arise.

The headset is a good quality as is the mic. There’s some buttons on the side that took me a lot of effort to figure out how to use properly but otherwise it’s really nice. Would recommend

I wanna give this 5 stars but this is my 4th pair. I break them right where the ear cup meets the headband and i never see anyone else mention breaking them. Other than that i love moving around in between games with the wireless headset. I love connecting it to my phone. I love the sound and mic quality.

Best headset I have ever used. Able to connect to my phone, computer, xbox, etc. very comfortable, most of the time I forget I’m wearing them. Sounds amazing.

Sound quality is great. Only complaint is the flex point for the ear cups. After awhile they start to crack up by the swivel

Got these for my wife as he old headset finally crapped out. She picked a few others out, tried them and wasn't a fan. Once she got these on, she immediately liked the comfort relief on the ears. She enjoys them even more that they are atmos compatible and has said her gaming experience has changed for the better with them!

This is a very good headset, definitely worth the money. Even though it says for Xbox but it works for PS5 and PC as well! Sound is amazing and they're very comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I really wanted to like this headset, especially given the compatibility. As a pair of bluetooth headphones, these work great and function as expected. The issue I have with this headset is that you have to use the dongle to connect to consoles, which to me is the main reason someone would by an Xbox headset. In this regard, this headset is horrendous. First, the volume when using the dongle is really low. I have the headset at 100% while gaming and then need to turn my mobile devices down to about 30% so the bluetooth audio isn’t overpowering the game audio. No matter how low I have it in the mix, it’s clear the bluetooth audio is regular volume you’d expect, but the game audio is at least 50% quieter. Further, while gaming (dongle audio) there is significant static and very unstable connection with frequent dropouts. When I contacted Turtle Beach support, I received a response basically saying that this is normal operation and that the issue is that there’s too much wireless interference in my home - they recommended moving my wireless router at least 3 meters alway from the console and turning off all other wireless devices. So, right from the manufacturer, this will work, if you re-arrange your home and turn off every other wireless device you own (they specifically mentioned - computers, tablets, phones, smart TV’s, smart lights, bluetooth speakers, wireless soundbars, etc… even that I should unplug any wall-wart power supplies I have). I’m sorry, but in what world would anyone be ok with that? Further, I live in a building with lots of neighbors, so am I supposed to knock on doors and request that everyone turn-off/unplug their stuff everytime I want to game. Sorry Turtle Beach, you messed this one up and this is the last product I’ll buy from you. I already replaced with a Steel Series that has all the same features, but has yet to have volume/connection issues.

Works great most of the time. The battery lasts a long time. Every so often depending on the game the mic goes out and they need to be rebooted, however this is most likely a result of the specific game and not the head set. The game I’m referring to has been known to be plagued with problems

Would buy again. The most comfortable gaming headset ive ever worn. Amazing sounds, might need to adjust the bass as i found it drowned out the volume but its very easy to adjust the settings.

These are some of the most comfortable headsets I have ever had. The quality of sound is great too. There are occasionally some connectivity issues with both the Xbox and the Bluetooth, but it's not a big issue.

I purchased the TB headset to replace my Astro a50 gen2 headset. I was skeptical at first given the reviews. But after many hours of use and care, these are probably the best headset I've owned. Plus they connect to all my devices - iPhone, iPad, MacBook, Xbox Series X, and PC. with zero issues. These are perfect to game, listen to music and watch movies and shows. Since they are lightweight and confortable I enjoy watching movie/shows while during flights and train trips. They are mostly plastic so I bought a travel case and a headset stand to protect them when not in use.

Great sound quality and very comfortable. Got as a Christmas gift so far no downsides to this pair. Bought on sale well worth the price paid.

Quality audio. Offers great functionality since you can have two sound sources at once or separately with the usb transmitter and the built in Bluetooth that connects to any device. Be careful to remove to hastily, plastic build can worn after repeated use. Noise cancelling is better than most and the connectivity is flawless. Manual is straight forward, update are easy enough and customer support is swift and effective with turtle beach within warranty, got a replace after an accident in less than 3 days.

Comfortable fit during extended long use in gaming. Sound is clear and blocks external sounds allowing me to not be distracted during gaming.
