I had a tb 800x but having a Xbox series x i didn't want to use an audio adapter to be able to use it and figured it was time for an upgrade. I wanted to get a really good headset so i tried buying a steelseries high end headset double the price of this headset and it was amazing quality but a pain to setup the mic. I returned it and went back to turtlebeach and this headset is amazing! I told myself why would i bother switching brands, i will always buy Turtle Beach going forward.

Had one issue early on with headphones locking up, but support was pretty good and issue was resolved. The headphones are a little tight on me and create some issues after wearing for a long time.
