Couldn’t connect with the Xbox. Updated did everything turtle beach tells you to do and even YouTubed and done Reddit research. Finally able to connect.. Jan 2024 headset doesn’t connect out of complete random. The computer wont recognize the stupid usb it comes with. Purchased another usb to see if I can somehow connect it. I’m not tech savvy at all. I expected when paying 180 that it would be user friendly. Back to wired I go. Save your money. ( when it worked it worked well and I enjoyed it but it’s not worth the frustration of trying to get it to work.. gives me old school red ring of death vibes at this point)

We play valorant while talking on discord. Between rounds, I can watch tictok videos on my phone and listen to them through the headphones, at the same time as hearing the game/discord. Pretty awesome. The only issue, is set up. The bluetooth set up is not clear in the instructions. Also, my usb transmitter has already broke and now the headphones may be useless, unless I can find a replacement.

Bluetooth pairing can be performed by holding the Bluetooth button on the headset until it announces that Bluetooth is pairing. This can take a few seconds, and we have articles that go more in depth in to the Bluetooth pairing process on the Turtle Beach website if you need to familiarize yourself with the process.
In regard to your transmitter, our dedicated Support Team would happily look in to assisting you with a claim under your product's warranty. Clearity and sound detail is far more superior than the output of a tv or stereo. Wireless connectivity allows multiple source interactions simultaneously. Ie: can be gaming and accept calls or bluetooth music from stereo. Got open box deal.

For the price I expected more battery life. The sound is good, the app is great and the 12 hour battery life makes these headphones not worth 300 to me!!! They come with two batteries, but it's just not right to have to switch batteries half way through the play day.

The Turtle Beach Stealth Pro is our newest premium headset that features two swappable 12+ hour battery packs.
The 12 hour battery life is more than suitable for the vast majority of our customers, and wearing any headset for a period of 24 hours in total is not something we would recommend.

The comfortable headset makes it easy to play for hours without any discomfort. Tuck away mic is also good feature, overall cannot complain

So Much Wasted Potential

Every single pair has broken at the spot where the headband meets the earcup. It just seems that the plastic is of poor quality and doesn't hold up. Furthermore, the audio crackles and cuts out fairly regularly. As time went on it became more and more annoying, especially for the price of this headset. The fit is nice and, when it isn't glitching out, the audio sounds great. I wanted to like this headset! I bougbt three of them! Unfortunately I can't really recommend this to anyone, as I've not been able to make one last more than 3 months.
