Pretty good headset but with some problems

Turtle beach headsets have always usually been pretty reliable to me so maybe mine was just a bad transmitter. Comfort is pretty good on this headset.

He had a $99 Microsoft pair he liked but they broke. This item to me was on the expensive side but my son who enjoyed his Microsoft version says this one is far superior and he would most definitely say they are astounding.

However, their reliability has been terrible. Mic is in and out all the time and I have had nothing but connectivity issues since the first week. Made sure I was within 10 feet of the Xbox and still had issues also made sure I had direct clear path to the xbox and no difference. Just disappointed with these and will be looking at something else.

Volume limit was way to low for a headset. At max volume almost everything was louder then this headset which was very annoying for the cost of the headset.

Usung one key for bothe game and party chats. Definitely must read the manual. but overall very good sound. Thick ear cushions and noise canceling. Also uses a usb unlike other models. This is my biggest issue
