My 600s worked just fine but these are on another level. In this instance you truly get what you pay for. Plus having Totaltech membership gives a certain security of something is unsatisfactory with your products.

I also got a pair for christmas and i use them all the time! Great sound quality easy to use and you dont have to use the microphone which i dont use the microphone. I have had no problems

I went with turtle beach AGAIN because their product is not only resistible but the sound quality is on point! Bass, Treble, Vocal, Plus Voice Chat, you can't go wrong. 5 Stars!

This one will be the first one I won’t return. It’s not to heave, sound quality is great as is the spatial sounds. Works great with my PS5 and XBOX X.
