Turtle Beach will replace only one set under their warranty but the new set they send you is not covered by any warranty after the first year after the original date of purchase. There is not a scratch on these other than these cracks which is a known issue for these which I was unaware of when I purchased. Turtle Beach will not stand behind their products and their customer service will only send you one message every 24 hours so getting anything resolved takes days. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

SOUNDS QUALITY IS SUPERB. WORKS WITH EVERY DEVICE LISTED PLUS ANYTHING WITH BLUETOOTH.

However, the companion app where you can change settings. Definitely need some work. The settings don't seem to save each time you power it on the next cheaper headset was great, except the adjustable headband was very cheaply, made and broke a couple times hence why I love this one having a metal headband.

Best Headphones I’ve Used

Everything sounds great, range of volume is amazing. Two dials for party chat and game volume so you can mess with it how you like. Voice sounds great, superhuman hearing works amazing as well.

The sound was low and even when all the way up and would randomly disappear. The app is nice but would reset the settings without notice.

I would lose connection walking 3ft down the hall to the bathroom. Extremely disapponited

Bummed me out

The head set is built very well, however thats where the goos stops. The headset is way too tight is gives me a headache from the pressure, and if i loosen it it will not stay on my head. Now for that i could just place the headset over a ball or something to help stretch the band. Now i have only connected the headset to my Xbox series x and it is unbelievably quite i have it on full volume and its quite i connected the headset to my phone so i could use the app i tried changing every setting and it didn't help at all i may have a defective unit but still i was super excited for this headset was my birthday gift to myself but sadly the excitement didnt last and i will probably end up returning them and just stick to my wired hyper x alpha headset

Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

Also, please know that due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
