However, the sound cuts in and out a lot. Customer service suggested that it could be interference, but I tried everything they suggested with no change. Unfortunately, it just didn't perform well at all.

They are my best new addition to me gaming experience and they sound great.

Needed an upgrade, stayed in the same lane. Very please with them, for the price they're hard to beat for a "bang for your buck" headset. Get all the best features for the casual gamer, including the individual wheels for game and chat volume which was my main need. Tilt to mute mis is always a plus, and super simple to connect for wireless connection. Also USB-C charging is always a plus when you have an android phone, one cord for all!

The earpiece adjustment for eyeglasses helps, but with my glasses it still presses behind my ears a bit. The ability to have audio from my PC and have a Bluetooth connected phone call from my phone simultaneously is great.
