I really like the Bluetooth integration that allows me to listen to videos on my phone between matches. And to answer my phone calls is great!

First one had tons of issues, exchanged for a second pair because I thought it was a fluke. The volume is definitely not loud enough, and the connection issues are horrible. Headset is uncomfortably tight for the first few weeks and sometimes the mic just doesn’t work. Garbage from turtle beach. Gave them a second chance, and never will again. Throw them in the dumpster

As a heads up; we get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.
