What a let down

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Terrible headset, it’s very buggy, lies about power supply (when powering on will state battery level low even when charging for hours.) To even get it working, you need to power it on wait for it to say battery level low. Then power itself off. Power it on again it will say battery level medium and if you’re lucky it will stay on and receive the Bluetooth signal I use this for my PC because I like turtle beach but this newer model is atrocious and is such a setback. The volume, for voice doesn’t just turn down voices it lowers game volume and voices, so both game volume and voice volume do the same thing. On discord you need to do reset audio setting everytime you get your headset to work. In order to talk and hear people. This really was a let down and for the price. I would just go to a better higher end headset for PC gaming. This might just be better tailored to Console but jeez the older model worked perfectly although it had its flaws like the ear piece always breaking on one side but it worked much better than this one.

The ability to have the headphones simultaneously connected to my phone via blutooth and my Xbox Series S allowing me to answer calls while still being able to hear a opponent on Call of Duty try and sneak up on me from a distance. Absolutely amazing feature to have! I love listening to music on my phone with these headphones!
